My girlfriend and I just moved into Camden Heights and absolutely love the community. Scott took care of us from start to close and still keeps in contact with us every other week to check on how we're doing. Thank you Scott!

Great living experience so far, very excited for my next few months here. So far maintenance and the front desk have been quick to respond to request and emails. Also very friendly. Also the location is very close to just about everything!

Out of all the places that i visited and looked at I chose to rent at Camden Heights because of the neighborhood but what really sold it to me what the staff's willingness to go out of their way to help and make sure I had everything I need. Scott Peveto has been first class and anticipates what I need before I ask for it. This is definitely a first class establishment.

My husband and i really loved the property. We loved the complex and where it's located. The grounds are so nice and so are the amenities. The office staff were wonderful especially Scott Preveto he was excellent. We had a great experience with him. We would have made our decision that day but unfortunately it's just a little out of our price range. But we definitely recommend anyone to make this place their home.

My father's truck was stolen from the visitor's parking lot. The office claimed to have increased security, but the following week, another vehicle was stolen and multiple vehicles were broken into. There are also roaches.

I had a great experience living here. The property has the nicest gym out of all of the apartments I toured and was very competitive on price. I would say this apartment excels with its management. The management is very accommodating to resident concerns and acted quickly to resolve issues. The star there is Charity who helped me lease my 1-bd apartment! She remembers everyone names and goes above and beyond for the residents.

I have lived at Camden Heights for 4 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and the Gym are fantastic and it is a great neighborhood to live in. For me though, it's the people that work here that have made my experience so enjoyable. The maintenance team are second to none, their professionalism and dedication to their role is amazing. Whenever I have had to log a maintenance request, they have responded quickly and effectively and that makes all the difference. The same goes for the team that works in the leasing office, they always show a willingness to listen and help and seem to take pride in where they work. I will be sad to leave this building!

My husband and I are disabled, so apartment life is a mainstay for us. Camden Heights has by far the best staff/maintenance teams we've EVER had. If we had a maintenance issue, they are ON IT right away. Sometimes they arrived in 20 minutes. Overall, we loved our stay. There are a few things you should be aware of as you make your decision, though. The speed bumps in the garage are BRUTAL, especially for chronic back or joint pain or disabilities. There are too many and they are too large. After a back injury, I painfully counted 15 speed bumps to where I had to park. (Our mechanic also blamed an expensive suspension issue on them.) Plumbing: when the pipes got dry, the apt smelled like poo/dead things. Going on vacation, we came back to a horrible smell. We also didn't use the 2nd bath very often, so we had to learn to run all sinks/tubs every two days. Security: we were surprised (with the location and amount we paid for the apartment) that there were so many car and apartment break-ins reported. We started using an anti-theft bar under the front door knob whenever we were home. Most apartment break-ins occurred during the day, and we often worked from home. The last thing you should be aware of if you have a disability is that many of the disabled parking spaces are not ADA compliant - you cannot fit a wheelchair or walker in the space, much less an automated disability van - and most residents use the few disabled spaces there are as loading/unloading docks for moving or groceries or "I just needed to run in for a thing" and don't care if someone with a disability actually needs them. I think with better security and/or warnings placed on illegally parked vehicles, this could be improved. My only request to staff that was ignored was when I repeatedly asked them to send out a community reminder not to use disabled spots as loading docks. They send reminders every week about guests who park on the lower levels getting towed, so I didn't think my request was unreasonable. These issues did not outweigh our enjoyment of the lovely apartment, great location and great maintenance (shout out to the awesome Daniel and Emilio)! We would still be at Camden Heights if our jobs hadn't moved location!

I have lived at Camden Heights for almost a year and a half. The staff is absolutely amazing and has always been very kind, attentive, and professional. This is the best apartment that I've lived in and Olivia, Charity, and the rest of the staff are nothing but the very best. Work orders are taken care of quickly, the apartment community is always clean, the pool is gorgeous, and the workout center is great. High recommend!

I love living at Camden Heights because the office staff are professional and friendly and positive, maintenance staff are responsive, and it is a pretty quiet community. The amenities are lovely -- I especially appreciate the dog park, pool, and gym.
