The power frequently goes out, easily, with even minor storms, grounds are not kept up, tenants are noisy and trash the place out, they create fire hazzards by grilling outside, only the bare minimum effort is used in maintenance and upkeep of the grounds.

I love Stratford House. I have been here a total of 10 yrs. I started out in 711, and when the rent went up i moved here (514). I was flooded when Harvey came so I was moved to 1080. When the work was done on 514 I moved back. I have never lived in any other appartment complex.

I am in this community for over a year now. Place is mostly clean but some people do not clean after their pets. Maintainence is very nice and mostly responsive. Downside is that there is no emergency maintenance

Quite area. Not too much going on. Good schools and very pleasant leasing staff. Could use a patrol car for the area to keep our cars safe during the night. Clean laundry rooms and pools. But overall, Love this place so far.

I do enjoy living here. There are times when some neighbors are louder than I would prefer, but usually that subsides by 8pm. Everyone is generally courteous towards each other. The front office staff is professional and helpful when you are able to speak to them. But the size of the property means that they are usually busy helping others with various issues, so patience is recommended.
