ATTENTION!! If you are thinking about moving here, please read my ENTIRE review along with ALL the other negative reviews! My refrigerator went out, and I have a child. The office staff must hate their lives so they don't care about the residents. I had to wait for a man to arrive to fix it, who took forever to show up because they told me he couldn't answer their phone, then came and left my place without fixing anything, then lied to the office manager and said I screamed at him. He didn't speak English, and I honestly think he didn't want to do his job, so he left and lied to me. How could I yell at someone who was coming to fix my refrigerator? Despite what I had to say, the office manager didn't even give me enough respect to listen to what I said. They immediately believed his word over mine, showing their lack of concern for residents when one of their employees did something unethical. They are heartless because they know I have a child, so they would rather have a child go hungry. The man who lied to me came back to my apartment without management, so I refused to let him in because I no longer felt safe. If someone lied on you, would you let them back into your home? Because that man got away with lying on me, I felt in danger when he came back to my apartment. The office told me I have to wait two days until someone fixed my refrigerator since I wouldn't allow him back in. I honestly thought they were better than this, but now they have shown their true colors. You should not move here. I am an excellent resident; if I weren't, the office manager would not have asked me to renew my lease. I am leaving when my lease expires. Also, I don't believe in the positive reviews about this place. The positive ones are FALSE. This office staff is sometimes incompetent and only seems to care about you when they want you to renew your lease. Clearly, they hate what they do, so I'm glad I don't live their lives because it definitely shows through the way they always look exhausted and grumpy. Thank God I have people in my life who ensure my child and I are well until my refrigerator is fixed. It seems they thought they had done something by making me wait, but my God is greater than any harm I encounter. You deserve peace where you spend your money, and this place will bring you headaches, #IndusCommunities should hire professionals who are worried about the safety of their residents, this place is a total joke.

The noise is much at night. Residents are not respectful. Running up stairs. Loud talk in halls at night. Banging on doors. No security is making rounds to make sure people are not hanging out. Starting to get ridiculous lately.

Stratford House is a great place to live. Fantastic manager, Shanna, and her team. Very nice people and hard workers in the office - always easy to contact. Maintenance is top notch and available 24/7! Trash pickup outside our door 5 days a week. 4 swimming pools with chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful grounds. They even have a business center and work out room. Quiet and peaceful complex. Roof repairs done frequently. Upkeep is great. Proud to call Stratford House my home for 46 years. I wouldnt live anywhere else!

We're in the third year of living here at the Stratford House Apartments. All facilities are very close and we do not have any more issues. The only thing that should be improved is the frequency and the proactiveness of maintenance services.

I've lived here since 1991 because it is close to where I worked. I am retired and decided to stay here because I like it and it feels like home to me. This apartment is my third one in this complex because of one reason or another, but I've lived downstairs and not upstairs. It has a very convenient location for lots of things here in Houston.

Apartment is good. However, the communication in weak sometimes. For example, the managers do not reply the emails and the visiting of leasing office not always helps to solve the issue. However, when it works - it works! I am confused with the conclusions. Sometimes I am upset with the services, sometimes I am completely satisfied

My experience has been ok. I cant get with the roach infestation. I pay for the pest control every time and nothing has changed at all. That would be the only thing Id complain about. Other than that, parking, trash, the community and office staff are quick with responses.

My experience has been fantastic so far, a little roaches here and there but so far so great!! I would love to move into an apartment that I like and see where I would be moving into but other than that, definitely would recommend to friends.

I have had an excellent experience in the past , but lately there seems to be a delayed response in service request. In addition, since the last flooding the issue with roaches and bugs is still ongoing.
