I’m really glad I chose to move into 4001 Midtown. The views from my windows and patio are awesome, the apartment has plenty of space, and the team here is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. Aimee is a rockstar, super efficient, quick to handle anything that comes up, and knows the area like the back of her hand. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I’ve been impressed with how consistent the events and food trucks are. The location is a major win too. You’re just minutes from the Heights, Galleria, River Oaks, and Montrose. Whether it’s tacos at Velvet Taco, brunch at Snooze, or a night out in Downtown, everything’s close and easy to get to. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Michelle has been very unprofessional and has texted my husband explicit photos and also met him many times in the garage of building during business hours . Also she is putting people in this building under other peoples information. She is very unprofessional and send my husband very unpleasant and disgusting text , she’s a fat woman wanting to be loved by others men. Don’t do any business through her because she will also give ur information away.

So far I love my apartment and the location. Noise level is good, just when people are walking in the hallways you can hear them talking. Safety is good but someone was able to come up to my apartment without me letting them in so I rated a 4. I know the person so I didn’t mind. The office staff is great!

The new management is really good, they always respond to your needs fast and friendly. Open to suggestions and feedback. The building is looking different. Clean, safe and functional. Thank you for your service and dedication to the community

Not so good in the beginning. Apt unit wasn’t move in ready. Took over a month to get anything done. No appliances, filthy carpets, AC not working. Took 3 mos or more to get AC repaired correctly. A month or more to get carpets replaced.

Excellent service. They are polite and attentive. I recommend to my friends and appreciate service. Amy the property manager is very nice as well as the other staff members. Thank you. Ran out of things to say.

I love and enjoy the community…. I love my unit and view I have looking downtown… the neighbors are friendly , the parking is great. The office managers are very friendly. I definitely see myself living at 4001 Midtown for years to come

I just moved to Houston. I have been working with Michelle. She is so warm, friendly and helpful. Great place and so convenient to everything. They work well with getting issues resolved quickly. Great place.
