Do not move here. This is a very old building which can find multiple issues at any corner. Appliances, faucets and parts are all old. The common areas are usually dirty and untidy. Some units have upgrades, but it still not worth it.

Reasonable price for a prime location. Friendly staff. I really enjoy my 1b1b floorplan with a "bonus space" for computer office that I use for storage. Maintenance has always been quick to fix whatever issue I had. A lot quieter than I thought it would be as far as living right off Washington Ave. I like Berkshire overall as a property mgmt company and would try to use them again if I need another apartment elsewhere.

Great place to live. Great management, maintenance and leasing staff. I enjoy the establishments that are close by. I live in the first floor and I feel secured. No complaints. Clean hallways and trash is picked up daily.

Great central location in Houston, easily accessible to many great things in the city, areas remain clean, and staff are freindly. Maintenance requests are usually handled same or next business day. Outdoor hallways does mean some bugs and dust can make it into the hallways. No issues with bugs inside the unit - living on 4th floor. i might see one bigger bug a year.

I feel safe living here. No one has broken into my apartment which was an issue at my last place. I like the location and I feel the place in generally clean. I did have one person rummage though my car but the only thing they took was my trident layers gum and phone charger which was more annoying than anything.
