I have generally had a great experience st this complex. The location is great, the pricing and size of the floor plans is very reasonable, and the staff is top notch. While I have had issues like water damage or problems with my electric bill and plumbing, those have largely been issues outside of their control and even then have been swift and effective in trying to rectify any problems. The maintenance team is also top tier and the safety and security of the building is far ahead of others that I've seen. The people are really nice as well and despite living on the first floor right next to the grill/pool I haven't really ever had any issues with noise.

The Core is a great place to live. They maintain a clean environment and always keep the amenities such as the pool and shared spaces clean and refreshed. The office team is always responsive and helpful when it comes to questions or request. The gym is a great apartment gym and one of my favorite things about the facility. I've lived in multiple apartments in Houston and the core is by far the best. The car break ins and stealing of tires has been an issue over the past year but the management has been super responsive to those affected. However, being in Houston that will almost always be an issue.

Leasing office staff is great. I've had some maintenance requests that they could not fulfill due to liability which I suppose is okay. When I moved into my apartment it was still very dirty, so I think the cleanup crew isn't great. The apartment area does not feel clean.

We love living at The Core. Facilities are always clean, staff is friendly (most of them) and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. They also do a good job of communicating issues via email and the community app.

My general experience at this community has been good. I enjoy the layout of my unit and how it serves my needs but I do have some qualms. This is an older building and it shows throughout the fit and finish of the property. The unit itself could use some freshening up as well as pieces around the property. Having our Building 2 elevator down for months on end is a massive inconvenience and is not acceptable. We also experienced many issues with receiving mail for quite some time with no communication from the complex.

Maintenance clues are just amazing - Quick repairs, very easy and responsive! Releasing people are very thoughtful and friendly - very kind, easy to talk and nice! They try to keep the community very clean and look good on the yards! Two swimming pools are available all seasons - my girls love swimming during the summer almost every day! My family loves living here and we have lived since summer 2016 before my girls were born! And pet friendly and my dog loves her apartment too!

I've enjoyed living at this community so far. It's quiet and the location is convenient for work and leisure. We generally keep to ourselves and don't run into many issues. The apartment is nice and spacious and the appliances are all new. If we have maintenance issues, they're resolved quickly and are usually fixed the first time around. Things are generally pleasant so long as we don't have to interact much with staff. They can be rude or short with us if there are problems and tend to be hard to reach. Other than that, it's been a good experience.

The halls are filthy and filled with spider webs at the top of the ceiling including the doors leading to the stairwells which makes it scary when trying to leave out. They have visible spider webs in the mail room as well which it makes it almost impossible to check your mail without leaving with a web on you.I hate it here and won't be renewing my lease.

This property is cheap and dirty. The hallways smell bad and are not cleaned. There are usually dead bugs and trash on the ground for weeks before it's actually cleaned. Maintenance is fast and efficient, probably the only good thing about this property. The management is rude and condescending.

I highly recommend this property it's the best The service quality was truly exceptional, I can't wait to renew my lease and get more time to spend here at this beautiful property If you are looking for a spectacular apartment you can't miss out at The Core !! Plus the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it is a delight to have such great people around and much respect to the new maintenance guy Mr.Cortez he is always willing to help out in the community l've been watching him do good around the with the residents !!!
