Horrible management. Needs to all be replaced. Security is a joke. There is definitely an inside job for wheel theft considering the amount it has happened. Needs to be sold to a management company that will actually care for its residents

Staff is kind and the location is convenient. Some of the "remodeling" they did was not done with care or craftsmanship (i.e cabinet doors not fastened well; paint is chipped in obvious spots; bathtub was scratched and dirty when I arrived). Also there are roaches, despite them spraying for them.

Im satisfied with all : office team, service trash are amazing , attention for every problem asked help, I really enjoyed see cleaning all areas around and inside of apartments. Love the dog areas, especially the trash can with bags for them .

It's been pretty good! Nowhere else close by as the amount of square foot for the price +2 pools. The management in the office is amazing. They really do care about taking the best care of their tenants.

Moderate, our water and electricity randomly shut off for hours without and warning or notice till sometimes and hour after the fact. Timelines for fixes are always broad and vague, leaving us to fend for ourselves and not find comfort in our own homes.

Many things are good, but a lot needs work. Security is not good. Some capabilities are limited and old (elevator, trash chute, garage gate) and need constant repair. The management does the best they can and they are generally fantastic, but the company needs to give them the resources they need to upgrade everything. Add a second elevator to both buildings or replace the current ones with new elevators. Add some dog walking areas on the higher floors in the garages. Add more advanced and secure garage entrance and building entrance systems. The current systems are practically useless for thieves these days. Improve the pool and gym equipment and amenities. Gym doesn't have enough good equipment and the pool's grills are dirty and broken. Build a rooftop patio on B2 where there us unused space! We have a nice view of the downtown skyline!

Front office personnel always willing to help out and listen. While this is not the newest building management tries to provide timely solutions to all maintenance issues, and the future Chic-fil-A next door will be a nice plus in the future.

It's been okay, but the outside street noise has been an almost unbearable part to live with. There's currently a jackhammer drilling into the street that's been going on for 3 hours, and they're constructing a chick fil a that will go on well after my lease is over. At this point, I wish I never signed it

It has been a very positive experience, love my apartment, the location, and the staff is helpful and swift any time I have any issue. They are constantly making improvements and upgrades to the appearance of the property

I love the community. It is peaceful and quiet which is hard to come by in inner city living. The location is perfectly close to my favorite restaurants and bars. I wish they had EV charging. That would keep me here longer.
