Head's up, bc you will stay up. Because when bedbugs bite you wont sleep at night. I sure hope you have just one car 'cause other wise your --- will be walking far. Get used to having roaches for roommates because they sure as hell don't fumigate. This may sound funny, but in reality management treats you with disrespect as though you are a dummy. Take it from me, you'll regret it because within under a year you'll be saying we're moving f*#! my credit!!

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS HORRIBLE ROACH, RAT, CRIMINAL INFESTED DUMP! Marisol is not only rude, she is obnoxious. I changed my cell phone number because I was tired of the harassing, stalking phone calls! Donna is not any better and hides behind her FLUNKIE, Marisol. The ONLY staff person who is worth anything or you can trust is Alvaro. I do not cook yet I cannot get rid of roaches. I had a rat and when I reported it they asked me "are you sure?" Uh...YES. In less than one year I've had two floods. Office staff says, oh ya, sometimes that happens. Really? You might want to tell someone this BEFORE they sign a lease! Maintenance comes in to look for water and CAN'T FIND IT. Really???? Look on the floor! Multiple times we have gone WITHOUT hot water for days at a time. The walk through gates are constantly broken and you cannot open them to access your home. When it rains this entire place floods. Maintenance? FORGET IT! And if all of that is not enough to make you stay away consider this. They have ARMED GUARDS WITH DOGS on the property and it is under VIDEO SURVEILLANCE 24/7 FOR A REASON AND THAT REASON IS NOT BECAUSE IT IS SOMEPLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE. RUN. DON'T LOOK BACK. I viewed this complex a few months ago when I was apartment searching. The staff (don't remember her name) wasn't professional at all. She couldn't find the master keys to show me an apartment. I mean; who does that? And the upkeep of the complex; to say ridiculous would be a compliment. Like seriously you want someone to actually sign a lease to live in this dump? I am so happy I went with my gut & did not go any further with them. And reading the comments on tenants who are or have lived there....so sorry for you. People shouldn't have to deal with the nonsense of a complex just to get a reasonable price. I don't know who manages that property; but they need a serious 'house-cleaning'.
