Maintenence at the complex is wonderful, but the management is awful. If anything has to be fixed by an outside company it will take at least two months for repairs. The machines in the laundry room have mostly been broken since 2019, and the apartment complex claims the vendor won't fix them. In that amount of time they would have found another vendor. It's been two months since we have been able to even use the laundry room. Their hope is tenants will all pay $45 a month in extra fees to lease a washer and dryer from the complex. We already pay almost an extra $100 over rent in fees.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE AN PET THESE APT ARE FLEA INFESTED, so no matter how much you clean and wash your dog there going to have fleas, every time you walk them and bring them in your house. And now your house is flea infestation. Also when u move in they don’t redo the anterior for the new tenants they repaint over everything and put no carpet in that’s it! People get moved in 2days after the last person left. These Apt are very money hungry and they will nag and pick at you and put charges on your account because there money hungry. Also they leave their gates open for bout a week long and parts to your comes up missing and they don’t take responsibility for it, but want to charge an arm and legs for these no good Apt, It’s not safe here across the street they have shoot outs, and office people are very RUDE @BRENDA

Trash everywhere chip bags cans bottles everywhere in parking lot stair cases roaches infested just moved in 10 days ago and pest control has came twice and I’ve seen over 20 roaches apartment upkeep is horrible worst experience I’ve ever experienced living in a apartment I never see security patrolling complex and they state at time of lease. Stray cats everywhere it’s just dirty and filthy very displeased

Clean and staff is great. My son loves the playground and this community is close to many shopping areas. Sometimes men hang around the parking lot in groups which bothers me but I haven't heard of them bothering anyone so..

The staff is courteous. The maintenance team is very efficient. The rent is also very fair. No parking issues. The only issue I've seen is weekend nights in the parking lot. There used to be lots of roaches but now it is clean.

I lived in Hartford Park Apartments for two years. The staff when I first moved in was not bad except for two women. The new staff was worse and every time at the end of the month they had a fee to add to the rent. There are cracks running all over the apartment ceilings and windowsills. The dish washer was broke and stayed broke. There were leaks in the ceiling but when you first moving you don't notice right away all you see is the two toned paint job they do but when it rains and the ceiling starts to turn brown then you notice. Also the storage on the balcony leaks as well I had to throw away majority of my belongings in there because of mold and water damage due to leaks. When I complained about ceiling fan light going out management replaced the bulb a week later the light blinked on and off then went out. I explained that it was electrical so he left a work order saying he replaced the light switch. Next day the light was out again and it was two weeks before it was fixed. Each time I had to put a work order in the staff was rude Also someone was shot and killed in the apartment parking lot and we weren't even notified by the office of the incident. The security guard told me as I was walking in from work to be careful. because someone was shot the other day. Once I left I didn't hear anything else from them two months later I get a call from a collection agency stating they were collecting a debt from hartford park apt. They are a rip off and will find away to get money from you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS.

The staff has a very ugly attitude along with being very unorganized and I promise I'm not being a drama queen. I want to move out of this place. They make up lies when it comes to pay for things. I heard they even owe some cable companies and etc.. Becareful about your bills, you might be paying who or what they owe as a company. The apt also has been threw three management within 2 months. And wasn't giving out any rent history for some months. The only notice we receive was about the changing company mutlplie times. They (marisol) smart mouth azz felt like we should call ask them what the resident owe stating "yall should already know how much your rent is" but I guess we're suppose to magically know what the utilties were aswell.. Don't move here, there pool rules are rediculious. Hasnt been open for almost a year. And they supposdly don't open it until the kids are out of school. Which is the summer! And I don't pay rent for anyone kids, I pay to stay here. They forgot who are the customers and who are the business owers. Management is everything. And I promise you it is very POOR. Don't let the smiles fool you because it'll turn on you once you turn in your first rent bill.. I've paid over too much staying here. It's not worth it. Think twice before you do it.

The staff is horrible.. They try to rush you to move in but the process sucks.. I went almost two weeks to move in, but each time I call it was something different. They even ask for a double deposit and still nothing but then tell you that your approved the second you call to cancel it, then being lied to after being told you can pick your holding deposit when you get there they tell you ..Oh it has been deposited..Really? Today I walked in and there was an tenant there trying to get a part for her air condition..and the property assistant was like saying yes constantly but didn't know what the tenant was asking for. Property staff member did get frustrated. If you can't handle your job then step down and let someone else have it..That will help out and respect the tenant...

I wrote one of the previous good reviews last year , now I want to take back every thing I said, every thing was excellent until Mrs Donna left and they got a whole new management team and now I hate it here and I been here for a few years come September I am out of here I've been thinking about that 60 day notice a lot lately and I can't wait because that means time is getting closer I hate it here I wish I didn't have to give them the one star I did. Do not move here!! for the rates for this junk and treatment, you can find you a better place with staff with better attitudes especially Renee her attitude is the worse.
