Ive been living here for a 12 months, and I am honestly disappointed with how things have been handled. A few weeks ago, my car was hit while parked on the property. I asked management if I could get a garage to protect my vehicle �they wouldn't offer a small discount. Considering this happened on their property, I expected more support. Then my A/C went out during hot weather, and maintenance insisted nothing was wrong. I had to wait days for an actual technician to show up, only to find out the motor had gone out. I was without proper air for over a week because they didn't take my concern seriously. To top it off, one of my packages was stolen, and again, there was no real response or help from the office. This place might look nice at first, but once you're locked into a lease, it feels like you're on your own. Safety, maintenance, and communication should be top priorities at any apartment community�but sadly, that hasn't been my experience here.
