I have been living here with my son for 12 years and I have no complaints for Canterbury Court. I have friends that live here we love getting together for the community events and getting to know new neighbors. The maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping up with the property and are very professionals. The ladies in the office are always making sure the property looks clean and walking there rounds. Canterbury Court staff is doing a wonderful job and I'am a happy tenant.

I moved in on March so far so good maintenance request are handle in a timely matter. I like the fact that I can do Laundry on property while I do other errands or walk my dog. My gym is right down the street and 15 min away from my job.

I visit my sister every once in a while. I love there flowers and the property is very clean and well kept. It's very calm my sister has been living here for 15 years and she always tells me how the staff is great and how she misses the community events and can't wait for quarantine to be over.

I have been living at Canterbury Court for 7 years and I love the community my neighbors are very nice and friendly everyone knows each other. We love getting together when the property has events which they provide food and drinks for us and activities for the children. I also like how rent is affordable and they also offer a flex pay program were you can pay half of your rent on the 1st and half on the 15th. Maintenance is great at fixing repairs in a timely matter and they do a great job on keeping the property looking clean. I will continue to renewal my lease and I would definitely recommend Canterbury Court Apartments. .

I made a terrible mistake downgrading my life and moving into these apartments. I've been here since July 21st. I've experienced on two separate occasions where the AC has went down. I also live with rats. I provided pictures where rats have ate through my shoes they left their defecation behind, and ate through lunch box. When I moved in, I bomb the apartment complex myself. And to my pleasant surprise, I saw they were approximately 13 dead roaches. Oh the joy. Also I live on the second floor, so every time someone's walking about me I literally hear every movement the person is making. I can't sleep comfortably at night here. There was a comment where a woman said she doesn't cook in her home, unfortunately that applies to me as well I don't cook here. I've spent so much money eating out because it's gross.. I haven't even begin to really unpack my things because I feel as though this isn't really my home. It's infested with rats and roaches. I'm told to unpack my boxes as though that makes a difference. There's also a lingering odor and this apartment complex. It's embarrassing I've had my friend come over once, and we left in the middle of the night to go to his house... I requested a transfer, I'm being told that I have to pay for that as though this is my fault that I'm living in terrible conditions. Also they've given me a refrigerator that doesn't open on the proper door. I absolutely hate it here so everything that's wrong even the minor things is a huge problem at this point.. this is a warning please don't move here. It's interesting that they are positive comments here because the for 5 people that live here that I've personally spoken to don't have the same sentiments. I've cried a few times being here. I'm going to have to seek professional help... depression is plaguing me because of this

i have read some of the reviews and can only wonder do they live HERE??the ladies in the office have always been so nice to me even when they were busy. and when i have a mantiance issue with in 2-3 hours its taken property is clean

The management to this apartments are rude and unprofessional I think that the residents to this property deserve a bit of respect and privacy I see the maintenance people in the office most of the time instead of solving the residents issues I have a hole in my closet do to a liq that they never repaired please talk to your employees so they can provide better services for their residents

I have been a resident for 4 years I was a first time renter and I must say I made a great choice!! As quiet as it is in the day that's how it is at night I love it. Neighbors are friendly never had a issue with them pet owners are responsible as well they always pick up after there pets. The community is clean I love there landscaping beautiful flowers. The staff is nice the always have cookies or candy for the residents. Also in the summer they have a wise water program form the YMCA for swimming lessons for the children my kids always attend. Maintenance is a A+ they never enter without permission,always leave a work order so that I know they completed the job. I must say I will live here for long time.

SMI Realty is a joke and the propoerty is disgusting.These apartments are roach infested, falling apartment, ceiling leaking water when it rains, a/c went out 6 times within 2 months of living here. Maintenance crew and management are incompetent and rude. The dishwasher doesn't come with a utensil holder; my shower curtain rod fell and broke apart the first week I moved in. This place is a nuisance and a health hazard to the community. I have photos of roaches, ceiling leaking and water damage to the ceiling throughout the unit.

SMI Management is horrible. This morning at 4:43 I had to call the police on the people who live in the building next me, because they were rolling on the grass fighting each other. Neither person is on the lease which is why I blame SMI Management for this entire incident. This morning while I was leaving for work, I saw the same girl, the one who was fighting her boyfriend, sleeping on the porch. Ridiculous!!!!
