If you enjoy people walking in the middle of the road like a snail with half their --- showing, move here. If you like being run up on and bitched at when you finally get frustrated and zoom around them, move here. If you like loud matiachi bassing so that your whole apartment shakes or loud rap music in the parking lot so that your children wake up, move here. If you like crackheads parking next to your car to act like they blend in, move here. During Hurricane Ike the ------ was somewhat entertaining, but when you have power and are trying to enjoy a nice evening at home, the loud sorryass tenants suck to be by. The maintenance blows the load big time. They take like at least a week to get to your apartment, and they fix stuff halfass. Sometimes there is raw sewage spewing about because the bad --- kids take off the caps off the plumbing cleanouts at the end of the buildings. Also, don't use the laundry facilities. They try to make them sound good by calling them a "clothes care center", but the washers don't rinse and the dryers don't dry. So you get half wet suddsy clothes. I'm just happy I'm moving away from these drug infested apartments. And I'm not white so don't call me a racist.

I have lived in the The Commons since December 2007 went I first moved here is was okay but now I am ready to move.My car was broken into I told the office they acted like they did not care. I would tell anyone who wants to move here to keep looking.People may talk about living in the ------ but this place is worse then living in the ------.

Is it just me or is it when ------ move in the -------- follow and then everything just goes to hell? I lived there for 4 years from 99-03 and in the first 2 years they were incredible and then we had a few rowdy black tenants move in and from there it all went down the drain.

I MOVED HERE IN JULY OF THIS YEAR AND DO I REGRET...THE OTHER NIGHT I AND MY FRIEND GOT OFF THE CAR WITH SOME GROCERIES AND WERE ROBBED. TWO BLACK MALES GOT OFF A BLACK OLD SUV AND POINTED US WITH 12 GAUGE RIFFLES AND TOLD US TO GET ON THE GROUND AND TO GIVE THEM OUR STUFF....MY LUCK NO ONE SAW ANYTHING... I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE HERE THIS IS A DANGEROUS PLACE.

Ill agree with the cheap rent.. but the mold is rediculous.. its all around the air conditioning vents just spreading it all in the air.. the pools are never cleaned and i chanced it on a HOT day and my hair started falling out..eww!!!.. it smells like sewage and FLOODS everywhere..even before you get to the actually apartment you have to drive down edgebrook or swim that is even when it sprinkles. Like everyother apartment comlex they change leasing agents and managment like dirty underwear. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
