I have only been a resident for 1 month and I am ready to break my lease.....the maintenace service is bad or nonexistence...the management lies and the apt complex is half empty and they never do anything they promise.....do not move here it is a dump.

I grew up in these apartments as a youngster and the area was full of drug addicts and drug dealers and wannabe thugs trying to harm the children.... you cant pay me to go back

My husband and I have been living in this complex for a couple of months now.We haven't had any problems,so far. Our neighbors can be a bit loud at times but they are nice people.As far as the management,they seem to be nice.We haven't had any problems with them either.Although we don't plan to renew our lease because we will be moving in to a house,I would reccomend these apartments for temporary living.We also do notice that they seem to be remodeling a lot around the complex also. And maintainence is usually on time with any issues.

Drug dealers and drug users hanging around. Not secure. Management won't do nothing about. They just take your rent, and they don't care about safety.

Most of the people that live in a apartment community think that because they pay 1/2 of one months rent they have the autority to write bad negative reviews about a community, I am a former resident from the commons on edgebrook and i can say that Molly the new manager that took over when the new management company took over the property, always try to work with me on the rent, she also evicted a lot of bad people from the complex, they girls in the office always try to help me out when i had a question or a manitenace request. This is a normal complex, it has its ups and downs like every other complex around that area, trust me i lived in most of them around the area as well, and the reason i moved was because i bought a house. But i do recommend taking a look at this complex

These apts could of been better if they had different management.Bad managers! Too many drug dealers and shootings. Not a good place to be.

I'm currently in my last month at this complex and after the management change this complex went WAY DOWN! There are abandoned apartments that are "supposedly" being renovated, neighbors fussing and fighting at all hours of the night, children running rampant, hot water that does not work frequently, work orders that take days and sometimes weeks to repair, a property manager that is very rude and disrespectful, air conditioners that go out and take a long time to repair...overall this apartment complex is crap. I moved here to be closer to work and I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. It is my suggestion that anyone who doesn't want to deal with ramping children, cold showers, hot apartments, rude managers, fighting neighbors and so forth--DO NOT move into this complex. It is not worth your time, your sanity nor your money! This complex was not this way when I first moved here, but it has now become a living hell hole! Beware! Beware! Beware!

ONE DAY YOU MIGHT COME HOME AND ALL YOUR STUFF WILL BE PACKED UP AND MIGHT BE OUTSIDE. THERE MIGHT BE AN INVISEABLE ABANDEMENT SIGNED ON YOUR DOOR, BECUASE OF ONE MONTH RENT.YOU MIGHT BE VARIBLE BE BE TOLD YOU ARE EVICTED BY AGAINT ROACH.

These apartments are okay if you plan to live in them temporary, had no problems with the other residents. My apartment could have been in better conditions it had mold around the tub when I moved in and my refrigerator continued to break down. New management put on a new roof, and they have better staff in the office, so maybe things will turn around, but I will not stay to find out. I M GONE

This has to be one of the worst places to live. I have mold in my windows and my air conditioning vents. You have to hold your breath most days when you walk through the coutyard because of the overpowering smell of marijuana. The drug problem is overwhelming. The management is aware of it and chooses to look the other way.There are several apartments that are empty and not secured. Little children run in and out of these apartments daily. Kids are run rampant with no supervision and find numerous ways of tearing down the complex. Every morning the cleaning crew cleans up behind a bunch of kids who have not been taught to respct their surroundings.
