I'd like to first say that the Camden Plaza has the reputation it has for a reason. Plaza has an exceptional team that is dedicated to the happiness of their residents. I am very pleased with my stay here (since Jan '19). I would definitely recommend the Camden Plaza to anyone interested in an effortless and peaceful home life balance!

From my experience and interactions with the staff, they really care about their residents and take care of any issues immediately. They also send out very useful communications and reminders. Everyone is friendly, including all the residents I came in contact with. Many great restaurants and just about every supermarket and Costco are nearby. There's even a spot for a food truck to park every couple of days. I recommend this place if you would like to stay in the area. I had absolutely no problems living here and would stay again if I were to move back to Houston.

I have lived at Camden for 3 years now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! The fitness center, dog park, and beautiful apartments are all amazing but what makes this place truly special is the staff. Whether you have a maintenance request, a lease question, or just want to chat, the staff is always so friendly and happy to help. Couldn't ask for a better apartment complex!

I have lived at Camden Plaza for several years for a reason. For starters, the modern floor plans and the location are excellent. Residents are away from the hustle and bustle yet just a short walk or drive away from all the retail centers/malls, businesses, restaurants/bars, and entertainment. It is also conveniently located near all the major highways (59/69, 610, 45, etc.), which is important for traveling for work or pleasure within Houston. The quiet, intimate property is maintained extremely well with an awesome maintenance team that is extremely prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when there are staff changes, customer service for the management team is everything. They communicate consistently with residents to ensure they are kept informed with notices, emails, and phone calls, always ensuring residents are happy and their needs are met. The team also plans many social events for residents and continues to provide new amenities for a more convenient resident experience. Some of the amenities are the two beautiful pools, grills, the modern business center, coffee station, lounge and club/game rooms, fitness center, Amazon hub, Stockwell Store, etc. Also, the leasing process is so easy and convenient, especially when renewing your lease. Camden Plaza's management team really try to go above and beyond to make their residents' lives easier. For all the animal lovers, Camden Plaza is very pet friendly and really care about their four-legged residents. From the dog park, pet events, and pet of the month features, they really try to make this a caring community for pets. Even my dog receives correspondences addressed to him! Needless to say, if you are looking for a beautiful, modern apartment, nestled within a clean, intimate, quiet, pet friendly property/community with a caring management and maintenance team in the heart of the city, then I highly recommend Camden Plaza! I just moved out of the Camden Plaza recently but I have nothing but good things to say about it. The amenities and location are a great value with what you pay for. The leasing office and the apartment maintenance crew are wonderful and friendly and keep you up to date with news and events. Work orders are done quickly and in a timely manner. Dogs and cats are allowed which was a plus for me. They have an Amazon locker for package deliveries, a gym, an office area, and many more amenities.If you're looking in the area, definitely stop by for a tour. It's walking distance from Edwards Cinema, Costco, numerous restaurants and other locations, and Lakewood Church. Never had a problem or complaint here with my stay. Highly recommended. Good luck!
