Love calling it home Heidi, Carrie Mandy Nubia and the maintenance staff are amazing The location is wonderful two pools for 200 units . That says a lot right there I have a updated unit It has been awesome!! The amenities are really good . The size and convenience of garage parking with onsite storage is a plus The gym equipment is equivalent to gym memberships but nicer because it rarely crowded . This has been a welcomed change and was so lucky to find it when a quick decision needed to be made .it ended up being a great decision!

We absolutely love living at Camden Plaza! The staff is so wonderful and helpful, and we love the amenities (especially the bark park for our pup!). The property is always well maintained and we truly love our apartment. Glad we made the choice to live here!

As a new member of the community I'd say our beginning has been wonderful and stress free. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly and professional. The property is beautifully kept, and we found the perfect apartment that fitted us. Thanks "C" and all the smiling faces in the office for all your help!!!

The staff and maintenance crew here at Camden Plaza are just one of the reasons I hope my lease won't skyrocket when it is up in the next few months so I can stay here. I knew nothing about Houston when I moved here this past year. Heidi and at the time, Madison, were extremely helpful. Every new office staff member has been great as well. Houston is a big city and there will be crime no matter where you live. What sets Camden Plaza apart is their level of communication and transparency. They share tips on cleaning your apartment, rent reminders, food trucks that are coming, and other things that are occurring in the area around the apartment building. The location is another huge win too, especially for someone who wants easy access to all that Houston has to offer.

Safety is a big issue here. No security onsite after hours and is needed. There is a lot of crime in the area. There have been shootings in the immediate area, suspicious people roaming area checking apts to see if door are locked. Anyone can get in easily through the garage gates by following other cars in. Cars are stolen several times a year in the gated parking garage. This is not the safest area to live...too much crime.

I love living here. Security is excellent the complex is well lit and the gates always work. There's an amazon lock box so I always get my mail. Maintenance and front office are dependable and always there to help.

I've lived at Camden Plaza for almost a year and it's been great! The community is always clean and well taken care of. The staff in the office (Heidi, Daniel, Madi & Carrie,) is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is so awesome, they're quick to take care of your maintenance requests. There's a Peloton bike in the cycling room that I love to use. The location is great. It's quiet and surrounded by great restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay and hope this review can help others find a home here at Camden Plaza.

I absolutely love living in Camden! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My partner and I moved here from CA and they all made the entire leasing process easy. We were able to apply online and become instantly approved. Upon arriving here, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the entire complex is. Unfortunately, we are moving out but would stay at Camden plaza if we could! Special thanks to Daniel, Maddie, and Kayleigh (she's now at a different Camden) for assisting with everything while applying and all their help during our stay.

I have been so pleased with Camden Plaza. The maintenance team is always on top of everything. Camden does a great job of making sure everything is top notch and up to date for their residents. I've been living here for almost 2 months and can't imagine living elsewhere. It was definitely the right choice for me.

We're leaving Camden Plaza tomorrow to move back to Florida - I'm in the in the middle of packing and wanted to stop to once again say how amazing my time living here has been. From Heidi, Daniel, Kayleigh and Madi (returning soon from maternity leave-with little Bear) and the maintenance staff, I have received truly exceptional service. I was looking for a place to live and read all their great reviews, and you always wonder if they are legit, and they so are. I am a bit needy LOL and this staff has exceeded all of my expectations. I have never felt rushed, pushed to the side or like I am just a number or tenant. That's not how anyone that lives here would ever be treated. Any issue I may have had or concern has always been addressed promptly and with discretion. Camden Plaza has set the bar very high. Whether Camden is having a Holiday party, a happy hour or if you are just going down to grab a coffee or a treat for your pup, this Staff is always so welcoming, personable and they truly embrace everyone. Bear and I have experienced an all-around great quality of life living here. Thank you to each and every one of you for all you've done for us. We will miss you!!!
