The Camden Plaza apartments are incredibly well maintained with updated appliances and an attentive staff. I've lived here for 2 years and most of my work orders are resolved within the hour! It’s been five years we finally came back here…..it changed a lot but the staffs are still friendly as usual. Especially Kaitlyn. When we decided to come back to Houston last September, I started to find a new home for my family and I contacted the leasing agent, less than 5 mins Kaitlyn answered me back, it surprised me~and we started to discuss the details of what my families needed through emails. It took two or three months that she finally found us a suitable one. During this period, she always answered my questions with details and nicely. Very patient and passionate to explain everything for us. I don’t know how to thank her what if we didn’t meet her up. It might not be that easy to find our new home. Really!

Toured both Camden Plaza and greenway apartments in April. Kaitlyn was really helpful and friendly when showing me both during my visit. Although I decided to live somewhere else, Camden plaza has great amenities and good location. Might consider moving here in the future.

I've been living here since Nov 2022 and it has been a pleasurable experience. The staff are extremely friendly and profesdional. I would like to thank most especially Michelle who I could always depend on for any assistance I may need. Maintenance service requests are always done within 24 hrs. The location is great. I would recommend this apt complex to all my family and friends. Love my new home!

I have lived here for a little over a year and decided to transfer into a bigger apartment instead of leaving for somewhere else. The staff, especially Kaitlyn, helped me choose a bigger apartment that suited my working from home needs. They made the process so easy, and I felt they really cared about my experience. Thank you! Additionally, it’s a great location for me to hop on the highway and head to work and it’s really convenient being able to walk from my apartment directly into the garage where my car is parked. The interior of both apartments I’ve lived in is light and feels modern. I love it!

The property was clean and quiet during my tour. Seemed very well maintained. The amenity spaces are very tasteful. I also liked how I could tour at my leisure through their app Chirp. I was able to come back to the leasing office at the end of my tour and had all my questions answered. Nubia was very helpful!

I really love living at Camden Plaza and I already am thinking about renewing my lease even though I have 6 months left. Great location. One of the best Camden’s I have lived out. Everything is so put together and renovated. I recommend Camden in general to all my friends looking to move.

I love how professional and friendly the staff is! They make an effort to keep tenants happy and ensure all areas are kept sanitized and tidy. So far, I'm enjoying the pool and gym room (they have a Peleton!).

We absolutely love living at Camden Plaza. The staff and maintenance crew are extremely friendly and helpful. They are also pet friendly and love to see our Golden Retriever. We highly recommend living here!
