This is the worst apartment I ever leave bad manegement they nice to welcome and that's it when you call weekends or holiday for emergency maintence there nobody to answer and help to fix the problem, after 630 pm there's no park on the buildings they charge to much for the apartments but is bad shape the only thing looks good is in front and the office, is not safety is been cars stole. If you need something to replace they don't do it you need to do on your own way. On your porch you can't put nothing except the grill no box no bags no toys and no camping stuff and the grill they don't allow to use. Is better to find a good quality apartment with the same money and the same area but your voice count it. My recomendations to new tenant is think twice and check the areas and night time before you take action to do it. If you ever bring any visit to your apartment they will complain about the noise but the apartments are like fragil like a box wall.

Lived here for 4 years. PROS: 1. It's in a good location 2. Maintenance is mostly quick because the complex is small. 3. Water is a set amount per month, which means that what you pay doesn't depend on the amount of water other residents use. CONS: These are the reasons why I'm moving out. 1. There are kids running around and screaming all day long. Its not a normal amount of noise, IT IS EXESIVE and IT IS NONSTOP. If you live here you will not get 5 minutes of quite during the day! Trying to work from home or read a book/watch TV in the apartment you're paying to live in peace and quite? That will not happen at Boca Springs. Kids are kids BUT (#1) parents should keep watch of their children and make sure they are not disturbing other residents. (#2) the parking lot connects to a park; that is where all the playing/running/screaming should happen, not right next to some else's window. 2. The buildings are old, which does not help with the noise transfer between the first and second floor. 3. I pay for reserved parking but amount of parking places are not enough for the amount of residents. 4. If you have a small vehicle, all the potholes in the parking lot will probably ruin your car

To put it simply, don't move here. I'm sure there are lot of bitter people out there but let me explain my situation and you can judge based off of that. My family has lived there for about 10 years and then my mother had a mental incident so they were forced to move out. My father (71 years old currently) immediately slipped into dementia because his way of living was destroyed and my sisters were distraught to say the least. I began looking for places immediately but each place we found was met with some circumstance I was not aware of. So we asked for a few extensions and Boca granted it to us which we were grateful for. However, upon our eventual move out after 10 years, we got slapped with a major bill of about $950, or at least that is what the management told me over the phone. Costs for the move out as well as for the half month. This wasn't an issue but it did prevent us from finding a new apartment until it was paid off. So I paid for hotel rooms for my family this whole time and today I called to pay off that balance. It turns out it was actually 1400 because they had to replace the carpet / fix some stuff that they would not describe. After 10 years of being lived in, that's bound to happen but they never once offered a carpet cleaning or to fix the walls. So that was fine but then I hear that the deposit was already put towards it and I ask for the balance before it was added. 1700. That's fine, what did it get put to? And basically that's where the problems began. The management there began what I would say they had been doing for the last 2 years, knowing absolutely nothing and getting angry at the resident for asking for information! I asked to know the breakdown of the 1700 (since the 300 was our money as well and already added to the amount) and was met with excuse after excuse ranging from "We don't know that" to an insult about my father being able to understand better. My father who they knew has memory loss she decided to use in an insult against me? I'm not an angry person but I understood her insult, I calmly told her that that was rude and continued and she kept it up. It took every part of me not to curse her out. I asked for the management group and she told me she can't disclose that, I asked if she knew where I could get the balance for my records and she said she couldn't disclose that either. She can't disclose anything about the money that we're spending? That we worked harder than her to get? I won't discredit the industry but the management at boca springs, currently sitting in that office, eating fritos and not understanding sympathy are the worst people in the service industry. This place has little roaches, parking tags, towing that happens way too often, gang activity, random gunshots at night, credit card required washing machines and a pretty nice park right behind it. But the worst aspect is the service you'll receive here. If you want to pay money to be treated like a second class citizen and denied access to your own records about money you are spending this is the place for you. That said, let me be clear. I talked with Titan Management (the people who currently own boca) and they were very helpful. However the people in the office are the worst kind of horrible, don't trust them, don't give them any extra fees without paperwork and call Titan if you have a problem.

I would not recommend moving to these apartments, I've been in the apartment for almost 2 years and I can't wait to move at the end of the month. The only reason I have been here this long is because after my 1st year something happened to where I was not able to move so instead of paying the extra $100 for the month to month fee I ended up signing a "6 month lease" which is not a 6 month lease it's a 7 month lease but they don't tell you that. They tell you it's a 6 month lease but if you count the months it equals 7 months. The apartments are roach infested but they do offer extermination of your apartment every Tuesday if you let the management staff know. Although they will exterminate your apartment it really does little good because they are not exterminating your neighbors apartments. There is always something breaking in the apartments and every time I call to have maintenance fix it they usually show up within the hour, sometimes it's a little longer but most of the time it's within the hour. But the thing is when you're getting junk fixed i.e. stove, dishwasher, microwaves, it will break down again. If you don't believe me about the apartments look at the fence that borders the property it's broke down like the inside of the apartments, the fence should give you a clue. When you go view the actual apartment you will be renting you are fooled because it looks nice because the electricity is not on so you don't get the full effect of the apartment once you get the lights turned on, you are in for a surprise. The management is actually rather nice they are just renting crappy apartments trying to mask them as luxury apartments.
