Cheerful personality at the office, gave me a tour and the property was very clean and quite. The one bedroom floor plan is just what I was looking for to accommodate my needs. Will definitely keep them in mind for my final selection. Thanks for the tour ladies!

Came in to get information the lady was extremely nice and informative answered all my questions and even gave me new information that some of the other properties do not mentioned . I will definitely consider this property as a future home.

Run for your safety! I was held at hun point and my money and cellphone was taken. Another time my car's exhaust catalytic converter was cut and stolen!!!! Not safe not worth it. Please look elsewhere!!!! Management doesn't care.

I like the community because the staff is friendly and professional. The location for me is most importance along with customer service. I find this property fits me in all aspects. I work and come home to a quiet apartment that I can call home. I know there are thousands of other properties out there but for me I am happy where I'm at Boca Springs

I love this community due to the fact that I have made good friends and my neighbors are so friendly. I am close to work and my commute is like 7 minutes. The office staff is nothing like some of the reviews make them out to look like. The ladies are hard working and always trying to help one way or the other. Maintenance staff always working and trying to take care of the appearance of the property. I love my upgraded apartment and have no complaints in that aspect. One thing I will mention is the lack parents supervision when it comes to their children. Even though the office staff stay on top of them, it should not be the office staff responsibility to look after them. It does not bother me at all but it can be a concern. Other than that I do recommend this property 100%

I am a resident right now in Boca Springs, a lot of people when they ask to live here the second day they just change their mind and stay away to seek another apartments complexes, the reason is that everything is bad started from maintenance which I have small issue take 4 months so far and no one comes to fix it and they have an extremely rude head main manager that drive a Mercedes , she always give people a hard time , and not a friendly person
