I recently came down to the office frustrated about the guest parking situation and wanted to talk to someone about it. Tiffany took her time out and sat down with me to hear me out and listened. She is very professional and is great at managing this place. Aside from that, everything has been fine and I love my apartment. I appreciate how much the staff here cares.

Hanover is known for its top-notch buildings and fantastic customer service, and Hanover Parkview is no different! Even though the construction is not perfect, it doesn't bother me much. Tiffany, the building manager, is fantastic and runs everything like a boss. Honestly, it's one of the best places I've ever lived!

Cheers to 14 months of being here plus many more. Glad to call Hanover parkview our home. They all do a great job. Shout out to Tiffany and Gerard for helping us out with our renewal! and the newest leasing members Regina and Joseph who has been making sure the packages are organized and easy to find things, & helping us when we have a question, THANK YOU. y’all, it’s the smallest things that we appreciate!!

We moved from Washington to Hou and didn’t get the opportunity to tour in person. I did a virtual tour and Tiffany covered every detail to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Fast forward 7 months later and we love living here. Maintenance team will address any issues almost within the same day or two. They are so professional and polite! We have made a ton of friends here. Everyone’s nice and the building is beautiful. Only thing is there still is a lot of construction going on but that’s everywhere in Houston. We can’t wait until the rest of the retail space opens up. It’ll be a lot better with more restaurants to walk to.

I love love love my apartment. My view is so serene and relaxing. I moved in a few weeks ago and could not be happier. Tiffany has been great to work with. The team is efficient, professional, kind, nice… everything you want in a management. Issues are addressed quickly. Haven’t had any complaints.

Moved in a couple of month ago and it's been stellar. Super comfortable, modern spaces with great amenities and a beautiful view. The leasing consultants have been really helpful, and they're all very kind, attentive, professional, and always happy. Tiffany has been really helpful to my roommate and I during our move-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the city!

Please note, if you choose to rent here, your guest will have to pay $7.70 for 3 hours. There is no designated space for guests/visitors. There is a lack of community events. If there is a community event, it’s usually a joint event with the high rise.

The building is nice in general and the team here have all been terrific. I love being able to walk across the street to access Buffalo bayou trails. The area has a lot of construction still going on but there’s a lot of retail opening up soon so it’s going to be worth it when everything is done.

I just renewed my lease here despite all of the construction going on. What I love about my apartment is how well it is maintained by maintenance guys and how the office staff treats us - always with kindness and a smile. I toured other places and the staff does not compare anywhere near the team here. They smile and they care and do a great job. I do hate the construction and the retail is slated to open the end of this year so I am also looking forward to that. I am happy and so is my dog! Ahh, another thing - I've made so many new friends which is also a huge plus.

Tiffany helped us through the application process and was so helpful. We are excited to call this new community our home. Location is A++ and the community is gorgeous! From the moment you walk in, you will be impressed.
