**LONG BUT WORTH THE READ** My husband and I were referred by an agent with the Sheleg Team to visit Alta Riveroaks this past Friday 9/16/22. We arrived late due to the weather and heavy traffic and was told by their leasing agent --------- that we can take a self-guided tour of a unit/upstairs amenities and she would show us the rest of the community once we returned because she had another appointment coming up. She asked for my ID and I handed her my drivers license. Going to view the unit, the first thing we noticed was a slight smell of weed in the hallways which was a turnoff for me. However, we really liked the apartment itself but not long after being inside we noticed stomping above and the walls were thin (funny other reviews have confirmed the weed and thin walls already). After viewing the apartment we went to tour the community areas but the code wouldn't work for any of the four doors to get in. We returned downstairs and --------- was not there. We left to catch another appointment and came back after an hour to get my license. --------- was now back at the counter. We told her about the community doors and she said "oh yes sometimes their tricky and you have to do the whoopdy woo" (whatever that means). Then after asking for my license that's when things took a turn for the worse. She looked in the drawers and then said "maybe it's in my office" acting as if it wasn't in the drawer I saw her put it in!! She seemed strangely incoherent and all over the place at this point as if she had taken some substances. 30 minutes later we notice her coming from the garage (why would my license be out there!?) and she said to give her a few more hours to look for it because she still couldn't find it. We left to get food and I called to follow up with her 2.5 hours later. Strangely she answered the phone as if she didn't know who I was and it was obvious she had not been "looking" for my license. After asking her did she find my license she said "oh no, still can't find it, I need to check the HALLWAYS" Completely dumbfounded I asked her if she was carrying my license around and her response was "no, honestly I don't know what I did with it, can you give me till the end of the day. This is a top priority for me, I promise I'll find it and give you a call". End of the day came and no word from ---------. By now I'm pissed and really concerned. I called Alta the next day and spoke to a different leasing agent expressing the seriousness of the situation and how upset I was. I also asked to speak with management. She said they were not in the office and --------- was also out till MONDAY! By now I'm floored that --------- knowingly would be gone the next day and leave me without my DRIVER LICENSE!! The other leasing agent said she understood my concerns and would check the cameras. Literally 10 mins after our call she called me back and said she found it by looking at the cameras and saw --------- put my license in the front drawer (that I literally saw her "look" through the day before). Thankfully I have my license back now but I'm extremely disgusted by this place and want to warn anyone considering to live here or work with ---------. The other leasing agent couldn't provide any explanation to the situation or ---------'s actions. I made a police report of the incident incase my identity comes up stolen and put fraud alerts on all my affairs. I have never been put through anything like this in my life and am still in shock by the whole situation. If you are a professional looking for a high end apartment that has professional management this is not the place for you!

Property is nice the staff is by far my favorite part. With so many options they made it easy! Great amenities and if you work for home they have so many options to get a break from. Also very pet friendly!

The staff employed at Alta went above and beyond to accommodate my assistance in finding the best place to live. The tour was amazing, detailed, And the property was clean from top to bottom! A++++++++

Such a clean community, nice amenities and the customer service stood out to me. The staff member, I think her name was Jackie, was patient and answered all my questions, and I ask a lot of questions. This property jumped to the top of my list and I’m looking forward to moving in.

I have toured this place two times and both times the people at the leasing office were extremely rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and dishonest. There was a huge miscommunication from them and each person at the leasing office provided different prices/offers for the same unit! When I tried to reach out to Autumn (one of the leasing agents) to clarify this via email and calls, I haven`t received any response and instead of making up for this kind of behavior and errors on their end, they began to be more rude and disrespectful. While touring the people at the leasing office act like they are doing you a favor, which is unacceptable behavior from staff of a place that claims to be luxury?! and costs $2000+ rent for a 1 bed apartment. It still smells like paint and construction is still going on. The amenities look nice, however, the management is terrible. Overall, by far the worst experience and I do not recommend this place.

My "stars" mean nothing, I've never lived here. These apartments looked small and overpriced, stacked one on top of another and crammed into a hodgepodge of apartments, offices, restaurants, and urban squalor. I can't imagine living in such a dense high trafficked flood prone area for that much money.
