Moved into The Residence at Westchase April 5th 2014. Haydee, the leasing woman helped me with my move from San Antonio and made me feel at home with her honest, courteous service. Apartment I moved into is one of there new "deluxe" upgrades which I love. Noise level is minimum and neighbors are friendly. If your looking to live in the west chase side of Houston take a look at The Resident at Westchase.

From the moment my husband and I walked threw the doors at ''The Residents at Westchase'' we were treated like family. We signed a 12 month lease and stayed in Unit 734,paying $850, we also initially had one garage and one covered parking spot, due to the motor dying in the garage they switched us to the garages attached to the apartments so not only did we ONLY pay $65 for our initial spot we gained a parking spot totaling to three,WITHOUT AN INCREASE IN PAY! During our 2nd year I became pregnant and labored at home in that AMAZING TUB for 4 hrs all to give birth to our daughter in our truck at Richmond & the beltway lol! I've only had to call maintenance two times and on both they came the following day!The ladies Heidi & Diana WERE AMAZING, SO AMAZING that we even signed for a 2nd lease of 12 months totaling to 2 years at these apartments with NO INCREASE IN RATE! My husband and the security guard even became good associates! Parking is horrible IF you dot pay for a personal spot, guess parking is minimum because it is a small complex. I rarely heard my neighbors, and their were a couple of people (2) who got robbed while they were outside and people who got their apartments broken into, I can't really speak on their unfortunate event that occurred but I can say this, My husband and I often left our apartment door unlocked because we SERIOUSLY felt that safe.......EVEN last week we came back to visit Diana, she of course remembered us and asked about our children. We stayed for a whole hour just talking! If it wasn't for my husband job we would have stayed a 3rd year.

I been living here for about 6 years love my floorplan I have a pretty normal size sunroom with my own desk. I have to say parking is limited but if you have your own spot you really dont have to worry...the staff in the office are always thoughtful and helpful... I would definately recommend living here to anyone.

I have lived here for about a year now. I like it. Yeah, there has been incidents of people getting broken into or robbed, but that happened across town in the most expensive neighborhood in the city when I lived there also. It is part of living in a large city. I have never had a problem with bugs (they will spray your apartment on request on wednesdays, so I have mine done about once every few months just for safety sake!). The management office is nice and always remembers me by name when I go to pick up my packages from the office. The pool is nice. Small but nice. I pay $25 for a covered parking spot, so I can see my car from my living room window. The maintainance people are always touching up the paint and exterior in the summer. Whenever I have a maintainace problem (my garbage disposal went out and once my patio door bolt wouldnt lock all the way) they have been over to fix it the next day! I even ask them to switch out my air conditioner filter every 3 months or so because I have allergies and it's always done the next day, free of charge. Yeah the apartments are not brand-new and either or the appliances but the apartments are nice and cute and convienent to everything!

I been here for 7 years I moved into Residence At Westchase in 2004, I live in a one bedroom one bath with a sunroom and I love it, I have a desk in my sunroom where i get to have my small office area to do paperwork when I take home from work which is perfect! I been here for 7 years and I can tell you Im happy I know my neighbors they are great people I know when I call in for maintenace they take care of it I never had any pest issues! The staff in the office both are caring and sincere there is good customer service, the only thing to be honest is sometimes it's only one person in the office and it can get really busy but they do return calls or make appointments to attend to your issue and better help you. I recommend Residence at Westchase I can trully say I am happy here, no we do not get green notes on our doors every 2- 3 months and the person below me says he cant wait for his lease to be up? My question is to him...Do you know you live in Houston? ...if indeed you been here for 2 years it sounds to me you have been happy because you signed another lease...you heard a gun shot the first day you moved in and yet you stayed here 2 years? ...and THERE IS a courtesy officer here he lives in my building.. I can honestly tell you I been happy, satisfied and I feel safe. I have see worst crime at my job as a teacher.
