The place is Not safe. There are No cameras. A lot of break ins and excuses of why they won’t do anything to prevent break ins. Management, nor upper management are concerned. It’s just a matter of time until someone gets shot walking up on a car theft but no one’s concerned.

Living here has been great! It's quiet, clean, and most importantly SAFE! Close to the highway and many good restaurants. Management is responsive to any needs and concerns. I would definitely renew if we weren't expecting a baby soon.

It’s been great! Management is nice! The pool is nice and they mail room is easy to get to. Parking is free and fees are minimal. Apartment itself is nice. I enjoy living here and everything has been good. Great location.

My move in was slightly complicated since I moved from another state. I have a family member who lives in this community and between them and the office staff I was able to move in smoothly and settle right into my new home. Love that this is a pet friendly community. My pages are my family.

I love living in this community. It's quiet, clean and quaint. The floor plans and layouts are great and accommodating to a variety of family types. Residents are kind and management is helpful in keeping us informed.

My truck was stolen last June. My concern is if you are going to take security measures about property matters. During the year 2022, I noticed about several incidents: stolen cars, tires, catalytic converters etc, I would like to know if I can install a security camera close to my apartment, because two or more times I saw a young man walking upstairs of my apartment and I asked him what is he was doing there and he ask me to not bother him and left. He had a white schnauzers dog next to him but he returned two or more timed looking if my door was open.

De todo lo demás no tengo ninguna queja todo esta muy bien pero los robos a vehículos son constantes y cuando nos pasa pues desafortunadamente nos dicen que no hay nada que hacer! Con más seguridad este complejo sería perfecto!

Josephine was very helpful when we applied even though we did not have an appointment. Neighbors were friendly and accommodating the moment we moved in. We had the uhaul blocking the parking while unloading but they tried to just go around ( which was difficult) and maneuver around it. Much appreciated. Grounds and amenities clean and well kept. A very quiet community. Location is great accessible and close to highways.

The Reserve at Garden Oaks is an Excellent Place to call Home!!! So many more positives attributes than negative! Staff is great; Interior Space is more than efficient; Parking is alway available; Location is perfect!!!

These apartments are incredibly quiet. I rarely hear anyone's voice, and the TV, never. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained. Very little to complain about, except when somebody else's pipes overflowed.
