I’ve lived at Reserve at Garden Oaks Apartments for over five years, and I continue to be very pleased with my experience. I’ve transferred units a few times and each transition has been smooth with consistently well-maintained and comfortable spaces. The amenities are convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the community is peaceful and welcoming. Well lit and working gates! What stands out most is the staff. They have always shown care, concern and professionalism in every interaction. Their consistent empathy and responsiveness make me feel like a valued resident. It’s clear to me they truly care about residents’ experiences and that makes a big difference. After all these years, I still feel confident in my decision to live here and appreciate how the team makes this place feel like home.

Great location and close to highway. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Anytime I've has an issue, maintenence would take care of it quickly. Well kept and maintained, it's pretty quiet for the most part.

I wanted a community that was like a group of homes as I was used to; not like a building of offices or dorms. My livingroom furniture in my house went into the living room at the Reserve at Garden Oaks. It’s also important to me to have plants and they will fit on my patio.

Mrs Terrell was nice and very professional I did not appreciate the hidden fees of 200 and the high administrative fees after the application fees. For return check, Texas law permits up to $30. Something needs to be done about the exit and entrance gate. A nice apartment with hundreds of cars need to have a safe exit and entrance gate. Installing a gate in an unsafe fashion and model is accident prone. When it happens the apartment management was their hands of it and accuse the resident of hitting the gate. I do not understand how both exit and entrance is programmed in one little narrow crooked gate.

The management company, and propert manager, have been abysmal. There is damage to the roofs of almost every building on the property, and the property manager has no time-frame to fix them. Some of them have been damaged for over two months as of writing this.

Everything has been great thus far. I’ve only had a few concerns with the valet trash but they were not big enough concerns for me to address it at all. Everything else has been great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things have been stolen, my bike that was locked on my second story apartment. My tires off of my car. The other vehicles have been hit two to three times since I moved in. Neighbors smoke weed inside and outside apartment and management does nothing about it. Maintenance has not fixed our dishwasher after over 5 attempts to get it fixed.
