Ever since Shannon has taken over this complex it has become one of the premier apartment complexes in Houston. Location can not be beat, and the amenities and service are top notch. Cannot go wrong here.

I have been living here for 4 years now. I've never stayed at one complex this long before in Houston! All I have to say about this property is excellence! Shannon, the property manager, is awesome, and she has hired a great staff. All of the updates about the apartments have been well appreciated! I honestly don't have ONE thing to complain about! Love it here!

I have been living here for 2.5 years, and I've had nothing but great experience here at 3333. They management changed a couple of times since I've been here, but I think it's only gotten better. The whole team has been fantastic, and now I am having to move due to work, and am sad about leaving this place. Great job, Shannon and team!

The most DISHONEST leasing company I have dealt with. -------- is particularly unhelpful and unkind. They continued to draft my corporate account after I had notified them and turned in my keys. They had the nerve to ask for additional months after I stopped payment. DON"T LEASE FROM 33 Thirty Three.

I have lived at 3333 for a few years now and have enjoyed my experience here. The staff downstairs at the office is very friendly and always willing to help. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, it is answered immediately and fixed. Overall, this is a great place to live.
