I've lived here about 6 months now. I hadn't stayed here no more then a month my son came to visit his car window was broken. The halls are dirty spotted up due to residents letting dogs poop and pee!! The Parking areas are old Handicap faded out! Parking stripes are faded. These are supposed to be senior apartments but kids and young adults are all over the place . The gate entry code box u can't see the numbers the light has gone out! There need to be better professional management!! The saying you get what you pay for is true!! No security, No surveillance cameras!! Crime is high. Residents do not oxide by or comply to the rules! They do what they want! They let their visitors do Whatever!! No respect! Family members kids etc trash the property all the time. Last night March 1 around 3 AM I could hear screams of a woman crying out Help!!! I don't know where the woman was 911 was called and finally the chaos quiet down.

I lived at that complex for 16 years and in the beginning the management was great but after Laura and Sharon took over. This Place is like a jungle. Certain management people started sleeping with a tennant and was fired for this but was later rehired for this behavior. They were locking senior citizens into lmpossible leases.Management was stealing from tennants and matinence is terrible and if you disagree with them then Sharon will lie and put you on a blackball list. I stayed there until Covid 19 caused me to leave and Sharon lied and put me on a blackball list after COVID. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

I live at this apartments. I have been here for three years. The problem is the maintenance man. The maintenance man we have right now is given to playing games with the tenants. If he looks down on you then he won't do maintenance that should be done by the landlord. He just acts smart and won't do the maintenance. The Manager is very much under his influence right now. So, be ready to have some recourse to make them do the maintenance. Right now I am very aggravated by this people. It has been well at other times. The Manager is very good but at this time she is controlled by the maintenance man. Until this changes it will be a bad experience for you once things go bad in your apartment.

I would not recomened this place at all.This is a place for age 55 but yet there are kids that live here.The elevators seem to go out during storms this last time they went out was this labor day they went out on thursday night.It took then 7 days to get them working.What about all the edley people in walkers and wheelchairs that could not go anywhere?The water pressure sucks big time.I would highly recomened that if your looking for a seniors place to live you look else where managment here doesn't seem to care about the people who live here

management sucks! i called the office for maintenance to fix my toilet, they never showed up: i mean never, i had to go to home depot buy the part and do it myself.
