They didn't had any 2 bedrooms to lease, but the customer service this ladies offer was so welcoming that If I had not needed to lease right away, I would had definitely be on their waiting list. Ladies thank you for offering us the refreshments.

I just moved in to the abbey at champions and I have had the most pleasant experience. This is a wonderful community just what I was looking for small, quiet and the best customer service. Thank you Maria for all the great help you gave by making this process so easy for me and my family.

Really great and personable staff made the application process very smooth. The manager made it a point have a conversation with me about exactly what I was looking for in a rental. His feedback was constructive and he offered me the best option for what I was looking for.. I was initially dreading the process of moving into a new place but now I am a lot more optimistic about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Abbey at Champions! The management team took great care of us, and maintenance was always prompt. The property was always clean and the prices are extremely reasonable. If you're looking for a new home close to everything, but quietly secluded away... give the team a call!

I Just wanted to give a shoutout to Josh in the leasing office. He help make the process for me and my daughter to move in swiftly and professionally. Really do hope my stay is as good as your efforts.

I love the Abbey at Champions literally. The view is astonishing to see in located in Houston, Texas!!! The lawn is well kept and pet friendly; also good parking for the tenants vehicles. There is minimum noise in the area and it's wonderful atmosphere. The property MGR.- Joshua and MGR. Hilda are very professional and always strive above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. They ALWAYS make the time to assist and you don't feel like a number at all. They expedite the numerous work orders and things are fixed very quickly. Both of them ROCK!!!!!!!!! The Maintenance Team- Alberto (Tito) Derrick and Temp (Steven) are very attention and skillful in resolving the fixtures needed in the apartments; very courteous respectful and professional!!! You have to come see for yourselves!!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!! Thanks, Cook Family

I chose this rating because this property is a consistent 10 everyday.!!! I just moved here about two weeks ago and this property is very quiet all day, everyday. This residents are very nice. This property is very clean and well kept. I had 2 maintenance problems and both were addressed within 30 minutes. One of the problems happened on the weekend and the on-call guy immediately came and fixed the problem. All I can say is wow! The apartments have been newly renovated and have lovely wood floors and crown molding. They are very nice! No apartment complex is 100% perfect all the time but this complex is consistently good-its almost perfect in my opinion! But, I am very happy here. I have no complaints. When I moved here, I was pretty much homeless living from hotel to hotel with my 10 yr old daughter. I had been searching for an apartment and because of my old rental history, every apartment told me NO. I was hopeless and desperate to find a home for me and my daughter. I didn't want to move somewhere where I would have to be worried about our safety. I needed a safe, clean, complex for us. The managers here are my angels!!!!! They worked with me and I was approved to move here. I am so very grateful and my daughter and I now have safety, peace, and a HOME. I am actually glad those others places told me NO because God had a home here at Abbey Champions just for me and my daughter.

This is a very good property to live at. I love it because there are not a lot of units. That gives it that family feel, the management team is a big part of that. They will work with you in most situations. And take care of any problems that may arrive. I'm glad to call this property home.

My experience here at the abbey has been by far great! Josh and Hilda make you feel right at home with their warm personalities and services. Maintenance is quick to fix anything that may need some tweaking. & they've been so understanding with the financial issues due to covid 19. I'm glad to call the Abbey @ Champions Home!

I have been with this community for almost 20 months. When we moved here, we lived in a unit near the office, but we had a few UNCONSCIOUS neighbors and we had to ask to move to another unit, and they solved the problem super fast. The unit they gave us is most comfortable for us. I just renewed my lease because we love this place, we have had no complications or issues of any kind during this time. My family and I hope to spend many years in this community, which is very small and pleasant, when something doesn't work in my apartment I make an online report and quickly someone from the workers will fix it, they are very friendly and professional. Hilda has been very patient with us and works according to our needs, We have let Josue know our concerns about some services that need to be fixed at the community and we hope to get a prompt response from the administration so they can be fixed soon and the safety of all residents is a priority. Thanks Josh and Hilda for your help.
