This community is slowly falling apart. The previous Community Manager left a few months ago. The current Community Manager has not sent communication to residents that she is the current manager, so I'm not sure if she is or not. The only reason that I know that she possibly is the new Community Manager is because a few days before the former Community Manager left, he sent a notification through the Morgan apartment App that he was leaving and that she was going to be the new Community Manager. This is very strange. The apartments are old, built in 1990.

We lived at the Inverness for 7 years and had a wonderful experience. Service requests were taken care of at the fastest, we never had any rent processing issues (super easy) and the front office was always accommodating of our requests. Through change of managements they were always able to maintain a core group of staff for continuity and that really shows in the quality of service. The location is just unbeatable for this rent - parks, restaurants, groceries all within a mile. Thanks to its age, the layout is spacious and simple unlike some of the newer apartments that we saw. Some of the appliances are a bit outdated and upstairs neighbors foot noises travel downward a bit easily. Overall, the best decision I made after moving to Houston.

This community is a safe and peaceful place with a great atmosphere and location. The staff is genuinely kind and makes you feel right at home. Katelynn, who works at the office, is very responsive to concerns and works actively to make improvements and plan activities for residents. I've definitely enjoyed my time here, and I very much recommend The Inverness to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

We have been here for about a week, and the complex is so calm and other residents are SO friendly. The first day that we moved in, our upstairs neighbor came down to welcome us as well as the third story neighbor. Coming from Midtown, this was kind of rare for us to expect this level of comfort. The staff has been extra helpful. Krysten has assured us that everything looks good and always tried to stay on top of everything for the move-in. Katelynn has been AMAZING since day one and has not stopped. She's so attentive to detail. Despite having three people in one room coming for different tasks, Katelynn always steps up and ensures that all the issues get addressed in a timely manner. It brings me joy to know that I can walk up to the office and Katelynn will continuously take care of any concern!

The Inverness is a nice, quiet community. It's a good location that's near many attractions and the staff here are great. All problems are always taken care of in a timely manner and they are always sending out updates if there's a problem that's being fixed. I've had zero issues while living here. This is the place to live if you're looking for a quiet, clean, and safe place to stay. Thank you to The Inverness team!
