The apartments are really good. Maintenance is excellent ? they fix things very quickly when you submit an online request! Everything is very clean. The only bad thing is the visitor parking. I don't understand why, because on the 6th floor there are plenty of parking spaces and they don't use them for visitors. I've spent a lot of money since 2023 paying for my visitors' parking. They should use the 6th floor for visitor parking; I don't understand why they don't! Other apartment complexes do it that way. Aside from that, everything is great!

MAA Midtown Square is a great place to live ain a great location. The prose and cons are as follows: PROS: #1> There are over 100 floor plans to choose from. #2> The leasing and maintenance and staffs are on top of their game so if one has any issues it will be addressed in a timely manner. #3> There are many walkable restaurants among other things they make if a very place to live. CONS: #1> Some drivers on Gray Street must have needed a lot of attention when they are younger because the amount of noice and absolute obnoxiousness thst seeps though his or her veins annoys the living hell out of so mnya tennants. Honestly, they should be arressted, butt be people that live at MAA are absolutley discgusted.

Absolutely awful. Fire alarm routinely goes off, not positive interaction with the office staff. Noisy, noisy, noisy. The smell of Marijuana fills the halls and pool area. When post owned the property it was much better, when Maa took over dropped drastically in quality

Maintenance is pretty fast with requests. The grounds are not kept up very well. There is constantly trash, spider webs, bugs, and peoples things they left while moving all in the building. My car has gotten towed and it was at their fault. The water is constantly getting shut off.

Wonderful and diverse apartment community in the best part of Midtown near Montrose and walking distance to downtown and 3 dog parks. Restaurants below for most any type of food you might like. CVS at the corner and there are plenty of bars and more restaurants within blocks. MAAC has been steadily upgrading the resident's experience living here. As this community is 25 years old there was much to do and current manager Felicia James and her front office team of Tony, Dyana, Chanel, Nydesja and Jennifer are very helpful and are quick to respond to a problem. Maintenance is handled quickly by a capable team. It seems like past problems such as elevator break downs and fire alarms going off by accident have been addressed. Good security is present and effective. Common area hallways and landscape areas look shabby. Lots of empty planting areas and scuffed walls. I'm sure though this too will be addressed in the appearance renovation. I'm a happy long-time resident and our dog is too.

So far I love living here! My apartment is a really unique lay out and priced very fairly. It's actually one of the lowest rates I found for an apartment that is over 800 sq ft & it is loft style with stairs! Maintenance is super quick and very nice. I have zero complaints. The pools are really well kept and clean as well.

I have had a good experience here. Maintenance has been quick to respond the few times I've have needed something. There was only one small rent increase in the last year. Usually there is not much noise from other tenants.

Overall I would give MAA a "B". Positives - Prompt response to maintenance issues, Courteous Staff, Accomodated maintenace related to health issue, Storage room 10 steps outside my door. Negatives - Elevators are frequently inoperable and it takes a long to get the parts. There is no community room for socialization. That is a major negative. No opportunities to meet other residents. 2nd floor apt on West Grey is very noisey.

The amenities are nice when working, but it seems like something is always broken. For example an elevator in the parking garage was broken for 5 months, one pool was dirty and constantly getting closed, package room lockers get broken so the packages are left all over the floor, fire alarms going off at 2am for sometimes over an hour. The location is very nice and I personally do like my unit. Leasing office usually isn't very helpful when asking questions.

I moved in a week ago and everything seems good. The parking garage is secure and the area is pretty with brick paved sidewalks and trees. The apartment is updated and everything seems good. I like the fact that I can walk to the grocery store as well as all the resteraunts.
