CALLER STATED ALTHOUGH THE AC UNIT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR 5 YRS, FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS SHE HAS REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO KIM THE MANAGER. EACH TIME SHE WOULD SAY SOMEONE WILL COME OUT BUT NO ONE EVER COMES TO FIX THE UNIT. NOW THE AC UNIT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. LAST REPORTED ON 10/8/22, SAID SOMEONE WILL COME OUT BUT NEVER NO ONE EVER CAME. CALLER DOES HAVE ASTHMA.
