strong advice, dont choose this place

this message is for everybody who is reading, never choose this apts, we had lots of problems from drains, mold, leaking, roches.<br><br>you will get a better apts for the same price what you pay here.

THE PRESENT MANAGEMENT IS VERY CARELESS, THEY DONT BOTHER TO LOOK IN TO RESIDENTS PROBLEMS.<br><br>I REPORTED A PROBLEM WITH IN THE APARTMENT 3 MONTHS AGO, THE PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME, THEY KEEP INCRESING THE COSTS AT THEIR WILL. PRESENTLY WE HAVE A MANAGER, WHO IS VERY RUDE TO THE RESIDENTS.<br><br>I DONT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENTS TO ANYONE., I AM TELLING THIS FROM MY EXPERIENCE

Manager's Thoughts YES 5.0<br> well its clear to see that our evicted residents are aliitle upset with management. This is common. This is a little over the edge but expected.<br><br>Our management team has worked very hard in making this community the best that...<br><br>Does that include allowing people to rent out parking spaces one the week end for a club that has plenty of parking? Or allowing the pipes to back in to peoples apartments and filling them with sewage and saying it is our resposabilty to clean it up and the clean up is OUR bill to pay? Parking is OK if the club isnt busy or if people's company isnt taking up your spaces.
