I moved in in August 2010 and I would highly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and have cleaned up the place. The management is new but very experieced. When I moved in they were the new management as well. Cars that are not supposed to be there are being towed. From the little time I have been there it has improved tremendously.

Worst experience in apartment living. Complex is unkept, broken gates, zero security. I actually killed a huge rat visiting a tenant in the apartment that came in through holes in the kitchen wall. Take a look a the pic yourself. And to make it worse the management seem oblivious to the run down condition of the apartment. Very unprofessional. Basically, if you do not mind all these conditions and worse at a high price, then this apartment is for you. Did I mention it is infested with roaches..small, medium and large roaches. And the management are not completely honest...infact they are schemers. The management recently changed and I hoped for the better, but my encounters so far says...no hope. They may be long lost relatives of old owners. I hope they take clue.

If you like noise and trash this apartment is for you. Although it is gate many people in the area come in and out as they please the exit gate was often broken. The patios flood when it rains and the a/c in my apartment was constantly breaking. Management was a joke!

These apartments basically suck, the only thing that look good in the apt is the office lobby itself, i lived there last year i still talk to a couple of the residents there, my tub was stained and cracked all they did was paint over it about good 3 times so it looks right, my front door was uneven a big crack at the top corner, my door had to be slammed shut in order for it to stay closed, nope they couldnt fully fix tat either they juz put more tape on it. out of 5 windowns in my apt only 1 had screen with a big hole in it. my closet had a bunch of spiders i called about that all they did was spend "super maintance" and they sprey the corner i could of done that myself. sewage wasn't so bad upstairs but them pipes where old, you can hear the neighbor 3 apartments down bathin the pipes would wistle. they dont fix anything the top of the car ports are all messed up and crack'd so when it rains the water falls onto the cars and leave stains cause of the rust. The parking is horrible, The mailboxes are dirty. office lady claimed she seen a residents daughter going threw the mail, mails boxes are lock'd everyone goes thru the mail to make sure its theres if not they put it back. the sewage is aweful outside, the area always smells like the residents use are shittin outside. If something messes up they call maintance all t hey do is put bandaids on the problems or clean but never do they fix the dayum thing. Now what professional management comes to a residents apartment at 8:30 pm to talk to the resident about all the problems they are supposly having. The kids have no room to play so they run around n the parking lot. The gates are never fixedThe security guard thinks shes some " TOP FLIGHT SECURITY OF THE WORLD" or something. The one b4 her was worse he stay'd in his apt and never came out i think he was there for the free rent or something. They basically sux balls. Those apts have been threw 3 different managements in the last 2yrs. These apartments are not worth what they charge for. The office people suck!!!!!! Oh reminder i was not evicted..moved on my own.

I moved in about three and half years ago. When I moved in one of the office ladies said they could not print me up a receipt for my deposit, she just made a copy of the $100 bills I used to pay for my deposit. There used to be kids running wild but not anymore. They never fix anything I mean anything. They have maintnence men walking around fixing nothing. Once the sewege backed up into my kitchen where I was cooking dinner for my daughter, then the neighbor's kitchen flooded. It was the worse smell ever. The neighbor was smart enough to move out right a way, and me stayed only because I couldnt afford to move. My ac keeps leaking out to the bedrooms and the hall way. All they do is come suck up the water and keep replacing the water pan. My washer keeps leaking water all over the floor and starts to leave a nasty smell in my apartments. Every now and then I smell something dead, I think its coming from inside the walls. I have moved and cleaned all over but the smell keeps coming back. They replaced my carpet in the hall with linolium floors because of the constant leakage. Now they want to tow away cars because of expired stickers (thats the least of their worries). The mailboxes are never locked. The office lady claimed to have caught one of the neighbors daughters going through the mailboxes, redhanded she says, but when security went to talk to her mother the office lady changed her story and said that one of the neighbors saw her. They are quick to evict but will do nothing to fix anything. The sewage is horrible. Everytime I complain they tell me they have to hire professionals to do something. When the maintnence men trim the sides they always end up trimming my plants. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HIRED FROM A LANDSCAPE SERVICE! the gates are never closed. They claim to have a security on the premises, but where was the security when someone tried to break in my bedroom window or my car. The people in office said to put a stick by the window so it wont open. We used to use the alarm system, but when they put the linolium in my hall way they had to cut the wire to the alarm system. GOOD FOR ME, right? Sometimes I cant even flush my toilet with out the water coming back up. The sewage also comes up my bathroom sinks. Some of the other residence play soccer in the parking areas hitting cars but they do nothing about that. They say its not there problem, they pay rent too. A couple of months ago they sent out a flier saying they dont want residence hanging outside their apartments, no drinking outside or smoking. The parking is horrible. Every parking space is reserved so family and friends park outside. Last year when I renewed my lease, they didnt even have me on the lease, and im the lease holder. If you want a good place to live, your better off in the streets. THESE APARTMENTS F@%*#@G SUCK. Im just waiting for my lease to end.

my experience at this property was a nightmare. I was forced to move due to maintenance request ignored and the unprofessional staff. managment definatly needs improvement and further training especially in customer service skills.

This is definatly NOT a luxury place, if that is what you are looking for. First off, from the prior review about the "Piss Smell". Well that is true. It does always smell like piss. If you look at the "flower beds" along the walls of some of the buildings you can see the sewage seeping up. The side walk leading to the mailboxes has sewage running down onto the parking lot after it rains, if it isnt oozing it has stained the concrete. The pipes are old and the water mains break. If you live down stairs your S.O.L. They will send someone out to calmp the pipe just to have it break else where. the same as the ceiling over the mail boxes. For a long time now the ceiling has has a huge hole in it. Instead of actually calling a plumber the promis and promise, mean while the mains break in your apartment, if you live down stairs it's your problem. Then they band-aid the water leaks and leave your apartment looking like S#!# with a plugged up hole then ever come to fix. Just patch. They dont paint it or close it. They just stick a peice of drywall up and screw it in place. They do how ever have your carpent sucked dry. After that YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. I had to live with a mildew smell for 2 months after that while the smell goes away. All they tell you is to Fabreeze it. Yet they wont pey for all the fabreeze it took to LIVE with that smell. I spent $40 a week on fabreeze and did they cut me a break on my rent? NOPE. If rent is due, they expect it RIGHT away. Never mind that you have mildew growing through your holey ceiling and your carpent smells like rotten rat. Then the sewage pipes are forever over flowing, which could be the nasty a$$es that flush their condom, pads and tampons but none the less the pipes are open and over flow. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE THE SMELL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS FECES IN THE MORNING. Careful when you move out. The stuck girl in the office in charge of rent will absolutley NOT takes the move out notice either before or after the first. Even though the LEASE says "AT LEAST 30 DAYS NOTICE" leaving open to giving notice BEFORE the 30 days. The kids run wild and management does nothing to repremand the partents. Parking is hassle. People like to park everywhere but at their bulding with out regard as to who lives where. You would figure it would be common curtesy to let the people that live RIGHT IN FRONT of a parking space have that spot when there are FIVE OTHERES in the same area. Especiall when you live in the building across the parking lot. Mail is HORRIBLE. the post office is by far the worst. Mail never comes. For 4 months I did not receieve mail. NOT EVEN JUNK MAIL. The post lady got mad because I complained about her. If someone mails something to your apartment and they are not on the "list" the post office keeps the package. No notice, no warning, nothing, they just simply do not mail it to you. The last month, again I received nothing in the mail. not even the weekly circulars from the grocery store. The post lady aslo has a BAD habit of leaving the front panel of the mail boxes open. That may not be a prblem for management since they dont get mail there. But for the rest of us that get checks in the mail and various other products, well lets just say things go missing and the manager says it is NOT her problem. I mean the mail boxes are part of the proprty right? For the first 5 month I lived there, one of the neighbors was selling the gate code to the party goers at the club across the street so WE had to park across the property or behind the bulding in the dark on weekends because the club goers had parking spaces. When the manager was notified, she said Thats he said she said so I can not do anything about it. After that, NO ONE could profit from the gate code because the issue was solved by leaving the "security" gate permenantly open. The Apartments ARE conforrable. They could use better insulations and it would not hurt to update the doors. I could see the sun via the gap between the door edge and the door frame. The hot water was HOT which is a good thing and the stove was gas and the over was freakin' awsome. the living room was spacious and the closet was very decent. Lighting in the living room was questionale but easily fixed with a lamp. For a first time place it's ok. It IS quiet, the walls and ceiling are pretty spaced out that you dont hear the neighbors upstairs, or maybe I just had quiet neighbors. but the next door nieghbors were not heard either, thats a big plus. The rent wasnt bad. The place is old and is in need of a revamp and things need to be updated. Like the exploding water mains! They have started SOME updates but they just seem to be things that are supossed to be kept up anyway. Like the security lighting. They JUST got it fixed 2months before my move out. There are always safty inspectors there. From what I can tell. Service in the office got bad and seems to be getting worse. They are rude and stuck up. Careful what you get in to. Its decent place for a year but it isnt something that you are going to deovte much emotional attachent to. Not much love is going to be invested in to these partments. The niehgbors dont really talk to anyone so everyone pretty much sitcks to themsleves.

This was once a decent place to live, but with new management and their lets accept anyone policy it has gone downhill fast. Noisy unwatched kids tearing up everything they can get their hands on. Made multiple complaints only to be told that they were moving out soon or to call the police. Fast to ask for your rent or to send you a late notice but slow or no action on any requests of renters. No repairs being done to broken items on the property, pools not being cleaned. Noisy neighbors without any action on your complaints by management. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Please do not be fooled by the move-in specials that are being ran to get you to move in here! I've been a resident here since 2004 and this is by far the WORST set of apartments that you can find in this area. The rent has been raised every year that I've been here. The maintenance does not get handled in a timely manner (no matter what it is). The management has changed 5 times in the last 3yrs and that is w/ no exaggeration! The management is AWFUL and as soon as you're suckered into signing a 13 month lease you're nightmare will begin. Be warned that when the maintenance men do come and finally fix something that they don't leave any proof of entry into your apartment and no copy of the work order... My apartment was broke into and the management told the police that nothing was taken, repaired the window and then called me! NO JOKE!!! I hadn't even got to look and see what was missing and they had already said nothing for me!!! This place is NOT WORTH the headache and it is NOT a good deal no matter how they make it seem. I'm not an evicted tenant so management need not try and write a review saying so but I am planning to move sometime SOON! Please take the time to find you a nice apartment where you're respected, cared for and appreciated for being there and being a good tenant! Oh before I go... Know that it is NOT quiet here, cars are broke into ALL the time, there is never any parking and the hot water is NEVER hot, and the gates are ALWAYS broke. I promise you that moving here will be a HUGE MISTAKE and you'll wish that you had listened to my review. Just to re-cap... TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! Drive by here and see for yourself.
