First off let’s start with Chris savoy the “property manager”!! This guy loves to look busy and run out of the office when he sees you after avoiding you all week!! And to make matters worse, he has no regard for anything you have to tell him and he will rush you and tell you that you do not have to live here and you can go somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HERE! OH AND HE LIKES TO CHASE YOU OUTSIDE AND YELL AT YOU AS IF HE WAS SOME TYPE OF THUG ON THE STREET!! If you’re looking for something even decent, Greenridge place is NOT the place to go!! Save your money and sanity!! Everything they tell and show you is lies that have be painted over time and time again!! PLEASE GUYS SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE AND JUST GO TO THE TIFFANY ACROSS THE STREET!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for the past two years and please save yourself the pain. Not only is the management biased towards their own race, but the maintenance staff follows you around the apartment complex like a prisoner. They make it seem all welcoming on the tour then you see what it really is like living there. They gained possession of my unit the day the apartment complex had a fire. Coincidence... I think not. I had planned on staying there but the apartment complex did not like me so much that they set the apartment above mine on fire so I have to move out due to the building now being condemned. Dirty tactics to move residents out by Housing complexes. God see's all. Please it may look nice but don't let the ----- make a fool out of you. It's a pool of criminals harassing people and energy harvesting.

The man, Victoria is the main character that leads an office that lacks diversity. Her obvious racist behavior and lack of decorum speak to the rest of the reviews. As a person of color, I would NEVER recommend moving here and giving them your money. Victoria and her minions work hard to delete negative(true) comments, so I will not be surprised if this one disappears.

They do not know how to take a situation in hand I was obliged to take another apartment because my ceiling was drowned in water I lost everything we did not even offer me another apartment I slept at the hotel without being reimbursed to my surprise I had late penalties! until the person calls me a place not to live I do have a photos and videos! My apartment was 604

My sister and I loved our time at Greenridge Place. Contrary to the review I just read, Greenridge is clean, well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. The office team, led by Victoria, the manager are very attentive and helpful. Victoria is a great reason why we stayed at Greenridge for multiple years.

Apartments are infested with RATS. Victoria ignors calls, emails and hides in her office. Maintenance does a half --- job when doing repairs and leaves a mess for you to clean up. There work is not professional work.

I've been here 16.5 years, office staff friendly and informed, helpful, custodial staff I's awesome and on time. Occasionally noisy. Recommended by me. Try it out great investment. Love having a fitness center 2 swimming pools. Events for residents monthly .

I moved here in September 2019 and that's when my nightmare started. The bathroom ceiling leaks everyday. I complained and provided evidence but no action was taken. I spend more time hunting coackroaches than doing chores. Parts of the residence reeks of marijuana and I cannot get to my parking spot without being invaded by a horrible stench. Within less than a year at the apartment, I went out of town on vacation for a couple weeks and came back to my apartment having broken into and over $10,000 of valuables stolen. The management did not even bother to change the broken locks and just left the apartment wide open until my daughter yelled at them. No apologies were received to this day, months later. The staff puts on a facade when you're signing the lease but once you're trapped in one, they stop caring about their residents' comfort or quality of service. Would definitely not recommend.

Good location. Decent price for the location. But the surrounding area is sketchy. The folk living here are very sketchy even though these are the better looking apartments versus the ones next door. There is apparently a drug ring going on here that management is not addressing. The guy in building 20 is constantly selling drugs in front of the leasing center and it is obvious. The same cars come to the leasing center at night and he comes out to serve them. Every night. The 2nd floor of that building reeks of marijuana smoke. He threatened me when I addressed it and the reports I've made have gone unnoticed. He has an entire crew that watched me. This place is very ------.

I am a current resident and former neighbor of this woman and think it's right on par of her to post a review like that considering she lacks the capability to conduct herself like a woman. She's an embarrassment to the ---------------- community and is the sort that is envious of those around her because she struggles financially. I normally don't write reviews but this is the most diverse community I have ever lived in and the property is well managed by ------------- and her staff. There are community events such as the pizza and beer night last week and it's a small enough complex that most everyone knows each other. The weight room could use some attention but all in all I have no complaints. I've been here two years and plan on staying a while. Great location and superb floorplans. Balconies are huge and there is a ton of storage in the way of closet space.
