************WARNING- NON-DIVERSE, RACIST STAFF, FLOODING, BUG INFESTATION, AND LEAKING! ****************The residents who have made the comments about people threatening them, and the management not doing anything about it, are absolutely telling the truth. -------- and ------ in particular are conniving, sneaky, lying little racists. People, please pay attention when the staff is not diverse. That really says quite a bit as to how you will be treated. I would absolutely never recommend these apartments. Between the roaches, the constant leaks, thin walls, and the FLOODING, you can definitely live somewhere nicer and cleaner than here for cheaper or the same amount. This raggedy place floods like crazy. -------- and ------ are the main evil creatures behind most of the incompetence that happens around this dilapidated monstrosity, with -------------- and the rest following behind them like the good little peons that they are. ------ has a DOG with her boyfriend, yet they FINE other people for having dogs, because it is a dog free facility. If you are a ---------------, do NOT rent here. -------- and ------, you are the problem with America. Oh, and it's infested with mold and fleas, and the ceilings sound like they will fall in at any moment.

BE READY FOR A LIE RESPONSE TO YOUR ISSUE. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SALES PITCH OF HAVING A GUARD AT NIGHT,THAT CHECKS CARS THEY JUST SLEEP IN THE GUARD SHACK OR WATCH TV. THEY COULD NOT GIVE A FLIP ABOUT WHO COMES INTO THE PROPERTY. APARTMENTS ARE OUT DATED AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE MARKET RATE FOR THEM. RATS RUNNING AROUND ON PROPERTY ALONG WITH BIG POSSUMS. BROWN DIRTY WATER, NO WATER PRESSURE MOST OF THE TIME. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DO A CRIME REPORT AND CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE LEASING AT ANY PROPERTY.

If you're looking for a place where they need a revolving door due to staff changes, with staff members not able to do their job properly...if you want to live off of streets that are used as party venues on the weekends and as a place for extremely loud cars to roar past you while you're trying to sleep...if you want a place with poor security...AND if you want a leasing manager that will lie to you at every turn, then Greenridge Place Apartments is the place for YOU! You could not pay me to recommend this complex to anyone. Beware, people...look elsewhere.

I've had several issues with this apartment. Both of my neighbors smoke (Marijuana/cigarettes) and the smoke comes thru the vents. My apartment smells like smoke although I do not smoke. I have complained and nothing has been done about it. There's no hot water the majority of the time (especially morning) so I'm forced to take a cold shower. My apartment has had several ceiling leaks. They come repair but do enough to last for a couple of weeks. The air conditioning is old and I swear it's producing some type of mold. Lately there has been gunfire. Not sure if someone was shot. I didn't check to see. I wouldn't recommend these apartments unless it's your absolutely last resort. The only thing positive is the price.

I love living at Greenridge Place apartments. I have been here since July 2017. I LOVE THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF!!! Victoria and her leasing agents are always attentive, gracious, helpful and considerate. Victoria is both an extremely professional as well as graceful and courteous manager. The maintenance crew works intelligently and is very prompt with their surface. Both groups go out of their way to make life at Greenridge Place as perfect as possible. The 2 inconveniences for me are: The the laundry room which has too few properly-functioning machines and several very noisy children who run around, unattended, screaming and yelling. I have lived in apartments since 1970 and this is the best complex ever thanks to the management and the maintenance staffs.

Green ridge Place Apartment is the best place to live , I am living here for last 9 years and never had any bad experience, Management are very nice , they treat so so good and maintenance always busy with cleaning and maintaining complex. The location is so good , you are in the middle of city you can hit freeway in a min. I highly recommend to all my family and friend to rent this place . A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Thank You so much .

We move here in 02/2018 and has been a true blessing! Really quiet, clean, and the office staff is AMAZING!! These apartments is everything that I expected and more!! Thanks Janette for a smooth and stress free experience!

Greenridge Place has been my home since I moved to Houston three years ago. I had never visited Houston before, but it was recommended as an affordable location in a safe area. For the price and location alone, I would recommend Greenridge Place - the units are spacious, located just outside the loop and two miles from the Galleria and access to 59/610 are convenient. Would prefer updated and larger kitchens, but overall a great place to live.

I moved into this apartment back in August of 2015 and really love it. The first thing I noticed upon moving in was how pretty the outside grounds were. It is very well kept, covered in foliage, shading the walkways and my front porch. Inside the apartment, I fell in love with the built in bookcase, pictured below. I also really like the huge walk in closet in my bedroom. The complex has two swimming pools that are well maintained and open year round. It is usually never crowded, even during the summer months. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know who I am each time I visit the office. Maintenance requests are completed almost immediately, usually within the same day that they are placed. The maintenance crew is very nice and polite and always willing to help when they can. This complex is also very quiet most of the time, which is nice since I'm in grad school and work nights. It is a gated community, with a gate attendant present from 6pm to 6am each day. It is very safe, and I have never felt threatened getting home late and walking to my apartment from my car. The only thing that I do not like about the apartment is the outdated stove. It is very old, but functions, so I can't really complain. Overall, I recommend this apartment complex. It is in a nice neighborhood surrounded by tons of restaurants and small bars, many within a few blocks away.

Greenridge has been my home for a year and I just renewed my lease and upgraded to a bigger apartment. It is a very nice apartment community with great surroundings. Staff is great and always nice. Drawbacks, walls are thin. I can hear someone sneeze from another apartment. You can hear neighbors walking above you if u live on a bottom floor. Parking is a bit challenging. I’ve had a friends car get towed and it cost $250...kitchens are small but I think every apartment community has some flaws. Overall it’s a nice hidden gem right in the middle of the jungle (galleria)...Coates
