I loved my entire time of living at the Belmont. The landscaped grounds and brick buildings are beautiful, and it's in a safe neighborhood that I'd often walk alone at night. The pool was kept impeccably clean. The staff was always very accommodating- you can tell Lina and Rob care about the residents as people and get to know them! My apartment had thick walls and I never heard neighbors. The kitchen finishings and wood floors looked high-end. Anytime I had a maintenance need it was completed quickly, and that staff was friendly too. I never had any bugs in my unit. The parking is resident gets a free covered spot, and guest parking was always available. In terms of location, it's so close to many major highways and there are plenty of local restaurants and stores without getting ON the highway. Here's one of the best things.. the Belmont has a coded pedestrian gate TO HEB. It was amazing getting to walk for my groceries when everyone else was circling for parking! The apartment clubhouse is open for very generous hours and has the best coffee machine. (I'm pretty sure my sister visited me primarily to get chocolate espresso.) My only unfulfilled wish? For recycling! (But that's a Houston-wide deficit...) The Belmont easily earned five stars from me, and I was truly sad to move.

Moving here was the best decision we ever made. The apartments are so spacious and the closet space is unbelievably generous. We truly feel like we are living in our very own home without having to deal with homeowners worries. We have looked at other apartments in the surrounding area just out of curiosity and none of them have come close to the Belmont as far as size and cost goes. The location is perfect especially for us since we don't drive. These apartments are in the heart of the inner loop with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants close by. It is a beautiful and well-kept complex with an awesome maintenance staff. They truly take a lot of pride in the appearance of the complex. Every maintenance call request we have placed has been handled either the same day or within 24 hours,they are so polite and professional. The entire maintenance team here always strive to make sure that their residents are happy with the work that has been completed. We also can't say enough good things about the front office staff,The Manager Jennifer,Kelly the supervisor,and the asst property manager ,they went above and beyond when I had to move out before term,they are truly dedicated to ensuring their residents are happy and well taken care of. They know how to make each of their residents feel like a top priority which is something you don't find at many apartment complexes. If you have any issues or problems they will make sure to address them quickly and promptly. This is one of the many reasons why I want to come back there. Robert who also assists with the front office is super nice . The office staff also holds little parties for the holidays to give the residents a chance to mingle and get to know each other. That is just one of the many perks of living here. We walk everywhere and we have always felt safe and secure here. There is plenty of lighting around the complex and the staff always makes sure to communicate if there are any safety concerns that arise in the neighborhood. We honestly can't say enough positive things about the Belmont apartments and the wonderful team who keeps this place running in tip-top shape. If you are looking for a really large apartment with lots of closet space at a reasonable cost and a complex that is run exceptionally well by top notch staff then you should really choose the Belmont as your new home. I promise that you won't regret it. I know that we are truly happy to call this place our home and I always want to come back to Houston and to Belmont.

Horrible parking, staff always looking for more ways to squeeze money out of you. Front gate frequently broken, leaving you unable to get to your own home. Break-ins into the cash box in the clubhouse.
