I have visited to check out prospective residency. Drove through twice during evenings to see what it is like at night when everyone is home. No problem at all getting in. Unsupervised children roaming throughout. The second time I went on a school night at about 10:30 pm. Too many unsupervised young teens roaming about for my comfort level. Looked at property otherwise and it is not kept clean. Which is why I always look at times beyond leasing office hours.

I love this property because the staff is always helpful and the grounds are always kept clean. The Ivy is a great place to live if you want a nice atmosphere and quiet living. The property is close to tons of restaurants, activities and lots of parks.

The Ivy At Clear creek is best place to stay. feel like home. Friendly community. Wonderful staff and the great Maintenance. my experience with this apartment , i have brought two of my friends( 2 apartments) to move in within 6 months since 2017 November. we all love it. Continue to do what you do THE IVY AT CLEAR CREEK APARTMENTS. thank you for everything your company doing to make us feel HOME.

I've waited a few months to write my review. I've been at The Ivy for 3 months and so far everything has been great. Maintenance is prompt when I need repairs made in my home. The staff has always been polite, friendly and attentive. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay.

My experience while at the The Ivy complex was pleasant. The staff was always friendly and responsive to deal with and the grounds were well maintained providing a relaxing and inviting vibe to call home. Definitely a great value and I will continue to refer my friends and family moving forward.
