Listen, do yourself a favor: run. ?? This place is a straight-up disaster zone. Between the crumbling maintenance, a management team that treats you like an inconvenience, and constant plumbing nightmares—including leaks that never end—it’s a total wreck. Trust me, your peace of mind is worth the extra cash. Pay a little more somewhere else and save yourself the inevitable burnout. Avoid this place at all costs. --- Why it's a "no" from me: • Zero Upkeep: Everything is falling apart. • Toxic Management: Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. • The Water Factor: You'll be dealing with leaks and clogs 24/7.

I have lived at Breeze Clear Lake Apartment for almost three months now, and I have liked it because it is very quite and far away from main street. It is close to my school and the kids school and provides everything that I need in terms of convenient grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy and some cuisines. The leasing office is very responsive and ensures timely response to maintenance issues. The move-in promotions are super and liked the process. I can see myself staying here for quite some time as we love the place.

Since moving here in March 2024, this is proving to be a mistake. Since recent hurricane Beryl, power returned Thursday July 11th and everyone is thankful to the power company. When you place a maintenance request, it practically goes unattended while I have made 3 maintenance requests for Roach extermination and this front office listed my request as COMPLETED when their exterminator NEVER appeared to my apartment. Recently sent announcement that hot water has not worked in 5 days. Have I heard from them? Not yet. Since there are numerous racoons and opossum's raiding the trash bins, management isnt doing anything about traps nor are they concerned about tenant safety.

damaged roads starts within the entrance which are not repaired from past 1 year still with the caution board. Worst pool - possibility of every disease if you swim Work orders- takes lifetime Management-rude, unprofessional, unethical….etc Robberies- no security cameras in this apartment recently we witnessed many thefts in past couple of months. Towing-nice relation between leasing office and towing company which are designed so that tenants loose money around 370$ per tow.

November 14, 2023, a flyer was placed on the doors of the units here. It informed residents that new management had taken over, and that unresolved maintenance issues should be reported. I reported my issue that day, and now 3 weeks later, no repairs have been done to my unit.

DO NOT RENT HERE !! Awful rude manager Annie. Repairs drag out. I had 5 different flood/ water pipes leaking incidents and it took a long time to repair. When personal property was damaged by their negligence they do not care. After the 5th water leak incident I put in a 60 day notice and moved out. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPLEX TO MOVE INTO YOU ARE CRAZY AND NEED TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I lost personal property from the last water leak and management did not care and would not pay to replace. AGGAIN DO NOT RENT HERE ! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO !!!!!!

Horrible management, awful conditions, maintenance maintenance is very slow to respond if they ever do, I had a broken dishwasher and ac leaking for the duration of my lease up to the last month, I live in a three bedroom 1500 a month apartment and have gotten the WORST experience, they lost my rent and refuse to make any attempt to help with the situation, the manager assaulted my room mate, there’s a roach and raccoon infestation, the parking lot floods almost to the knee, this has to be the single worst apartment complex in Houston, possibly Texas.

I have lived at what is now called Clear Lake Apartment Homes for many years, and I have always liked it because it is off of the main road, Bay Area Boulevard, and is fairly quiet, but is just minutes away from everything one could want or need, grocery stores, entertainment, etc. The manager is very good. Recently, when I needed a new lease, the manager drew up the lease and I was able to sign it within about an hour and a half.

I am the current resident of the apartment. I would say this is one of the worst community anyone would want to live. The management is worst, they will not respond to your requests. Once you pay your deposits the way they talk to you changes. If you ask them to end the lease because of the issues in the apartment they will ask for the fine. They are Number 1 in looting the money. Apart from that the place is bad. It’s better to stay homeless than staying in a place like this. We have so many issues in the apartment which are not being addressed. We have sewage water leakage into the kitchen and it’s been 3months they haven’t fixed it. Many worms are getting breeded because of the leakage. The apartment stinks. It is very unhygienic, hazardous to mental and physical health. We are mentally stressed because of all these issues in the apartment. I would never recommend this community to anyone. They treat us very bad.

Absolute garbage apartments. The pool is not safe at all, its green and covered in slime. Disgusting dumpsters that are ravaged every night by families of raccoons. Not to mention that the parking lot floods in major rain storms. Cannot recommend less.
