Great front office staff and available and willing to help you. It's a nice and quiet community and reasonable price for a great space. Would recommend to everyone to move here. Can see myself staying here for a while.

"The only positives about Sync Apts at Med Center are the location and common areas. Rent is overpriced for the quality?laminate floors, carpets worn within a month, and multiple things that broke and stayed broken even after maintenance visits. The front desk staff act friendly, but they only care about money. I went through the eviction process and was ultimately not evicted, but they require rent in full with no partial payments. Not worth the cost unless location is all that matters."

The Maintenance Team was friendly, courteous and highly efficient. Please share my feedback with the maintenance team. I was especially impressed with the level of expertise the team member's respect showed as I was at home during the repair event.

It has been good. Overall, the community has been good. There hasn't been significant noise issues during my years here. There was a time where break ins were happening in the garage and I did not feel safe. The upgrade for security took a little longer than I would have like but it did come eventually.

Comfortable apartment with very fast maintenance service. Leasing office is also very nice and understanding. Since living here for 5 years now I haven't had any major problems that wasn't swiftly addressed

Everyone working at SYNC has been kind, courteous, flexible, and patient. The community has almost everything you could ask for in one location. It might not be the most walkable neighborhood or the coolest, but if you work in medical, I'm not sure this can be beat. Looking forward to becoming a tenant!

Everyone is great Lourdes and Stephanie helped me so much and the approval process was so quick. Can't wait to be at my new home. I'm definitely looking forward to using all the great amenities and so greatful I get to be close to work and all of the great places close by.

Excellent location, staff and community. Only negatives are some of the amenities like the grills and water fountain filter are not maintained or operational. The common areas are nice but I would love to be able to use the grills.

Sync Med Center is the best I've ever experienced. Security, capable management, maintenance - it could not be better. The neighbors are great, friendly. It's a great living experience here for me. Whenever I had any problems - they were solved fast. Couldn't be better!

It's quiet and people are friendly. It's clean and well maintenance. The community is very welcoming with social connections in the office. The communication is well reciprocated with knowledgeable people.
