Tenant Reviews for 2929 WESLAYAN ST

I did complete this survey! Please keep up with incoming responses. Security is non-existent. You cut back on Valet service— just one poor overworked person who can’t possible handle loading and unloading autos. Mainly, they cannot check all cars trying to get upstairs, legally or otherwise. Why did you go this? After all, several cars were stolen last November from several floors. Right after that, you cut security. How could I possibly recommend this bldg. for rental when there are now other nearby choose from? You are NOTj staying up to the competition.o

The staff is excellent thank you. I can't say enough about the property and the building, but none of this would exist without the staff. The staff makes this run so smoothly and management, who puts the staff in place even more.

Very satisfied overall with courteous and professional staff. Community issues of concern are security (garage gates and stairwell access), as well as increased use of marijuana in the building (in apartments and balconies).

I've lived at 2929 Weslayan for over a year now and I recommend them to everyone I know! The staff is so warm and helpful from the valet to the concierge, leasing staff and maintenance! The staff really go above and beyond every single day to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Not to mention my apartment is absolutely amazing with incredible floor to ceiling views in every room! I love 2929 Weslayan, just wish I would have moved here sooner!

The pressure to complete a these portion of the survey is annoying. It’s huge turn off to require written feedback with a character minimum . This is my final submission regardless of how many times you request or call

It has gotten better over the last year after the water pipe burst and all the elevator issues- the biggest concern now seems to be break-ins in the garage- but overall it is a nice property and greystar really improved maintenance when they came on board

So far so good it’s hard to tell because it’s only been two weeks. Something that’s annoying is the electricity goes out I guess in my apartment and I’m constantly turning on turning off at the electrical outlet in my master bedroom. Maintenance has not come up to fix the doorbell, but all of that is minor overall it’s a very good experience .

2929 is well located in town with spectacular views of everything from downtown and Greenway Plaza and the Galleria and Med Center. The floor plates are laid out where distances from the elevator to the apartment door is very short making it feel like a home or condo and not long typical apartment corridors where the trip from your vehicle parking spot to your apartment is a long journey. The apartments are very quiet and so far, I have never heard any neighbors when inside my apartment.

I love this community, everyone is great from leasing, maintenance, concierges, cleaning crew and valet. I would recommend this building to everyone, I work I could live here forever. I would like to thank everyone I had encountered.

2929 Weslayan has been such an amazing building to live in! Moved from out of state and I’m throughly pleased with the concierge, management, and the valet team. Thank you all for making 2929 Weslayan the perfect home for myself and pup!
