You things were getting really bad before, but since the new owner have taken over there has been a difference. Things do take a little longer but they are getting done. Everyone is so nice in the office. I was happy that they did keep the good staff members. You can see changes, gates are working, lights are on, and there is a security guard walking around. The manager is always walking so she sees first hand what needs to be done, we haven't seen that in a long time. I think I am going to stick asround for a bit.

We had enough of this place. When I first got here I felt somewhat happy with the management. In time that died down. Another group of people in the office were so rude and I knew that it was not getting any better here. We had lots of problems with repairs and even had problems with peeping toms.I complaint about it and nothing was done. Too many things happening from fires to broken gates.I feel it is to expensive to live here. I have seen and know of better places to live for a better price with safety. I do not recommend this place. There are to many repairs and remodeling. For instance the awning are so gross with all kinds of trash and broken staircases. I advice anyone not to live here. To me it is false advertisement.Some of the things they say that are offered here do not work. You need to think of a better place to live.

I feel it important that if you and your family are thinking about living in Rolido Parque that you need take extreme care in making your decision. These apartments are not safe, PERIOD. We had a break-in in Feb '09, and after the break-in my S.O. the next week was nearly attacked by a group of 5 guys around 3 pm in broad daylight. Police were called and when they arrived, guns drawn, they said that the group immediately left. My neighbor, who I later found out had his place broken into around August, and I identified a member of this group who about a week before the incident was scoping out our place at night. My S.O. is in and out of our place at different times while I work full-time so these guys were scoping out our place and knew when I leave/arrive and when my S.O. is at home. I have to admit that management did respond to our break-in and set us up immediately in another apartment on the other side of the property so we could have a couple of days to figure out our next move. If my S.O. didn't arrive home with a friend on that day I don't know what would have happened. She may not have had the time to call me and then I immediately call the police if the friend wasn t with her to make the group think twice. Maybe our situation was just a weird chance occurrence. But I believe that this area is a magnet for criminals. The automatic gates and pedestrian entrances to the apartment are always open or broke and will never be fixed. The bad guys have too many ways to simple enter and exit these apartments quickly. Also the laundry facility are incredibly filty and the machines are always broken. Remember you get what you pay for. Don t let the office and free coffee fool you. I recommend that you make your decision carefully. We have been here for at least a year and gladly to say that our lease is finally up and were moving YAY!! I really agree from some of the previous reviews left, These apartment are something else ! Were its a great price for the location but I really regret moving in here... AWWWW where to begin so many thing to complain about dont even know where to begin. For Starters The WATER HEATER was always going out we would go with out hot water for days at a time, the ROACH INFESTION IS SO HORRIBLE WE HAVE EXTERMINATED THIS APARTMENT ourselves A NUMBER OF TIMES since we moved in and still the same problem and yes we took it upon ourselves to do it because is we were to call the office they will only do a HALF --- job at it. We were given a covered parking spot but some reason or another some one is always parked there when you get home, when you go and complain nothing is done about it They did give us another one but then take it away about a month later we just stopped dealing with it and just started paking on the STREET,You have to walk all the way across the property just to get rid of your trash since theres only two trash cans. The Office has lost our RENT Payment more than once and then they expect you to go out of your way to get it straighten out WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT KEEPING UP WITH PAPER WORK AND LOSING IT !!!theres tooooo many stray Cats roaming the area, things dont get fixed. they are not EFFICIENT in getting things done Oh We also witnessed a guy getting mugged for his wallet by the mail boxes he was also assulted and had to be taken to the Hospital, we did tell the office because he have seen that same man soliciting around the property, and what did the office say OH WELL they didnt even listen to us when we told them what we had seen they didnt even care that was about 3 m ago.JUST recently they send a Neighborhood Alert to the residents stating about the increase robberies and crime rate in the area and to be aware of your surroundings,I believe I dont have to say any more. Well we had a bad experience living here but maybe not everyone has you just have to be your own judge and witness it your self. BY the way about the early review about the appartments being ------ were they are to some extent its the tenants that make it that way, just the other day My neighbor was SHAVING her legs outside on the stairs, I taught that was DISGUSTING and YES ------ thats something that should be done in the privacy of your own home not in public!

We've been living here for about a year and we are so ready to move out. At first it was ok...but the last few months its been horrible.The staff are nice and helpful but the property is something else. The property always looks dirty (expect behind the office)with garbage all over the place. Clearly, the crime rate has increased because I've seen police officers in the property several times. If you are looking for price, I recommend the apartments. But, if you want quality and tranquility DO NOT MOVE here.

I have lived here for 6 months and haven't had any propeblems. I was noisy but it is quiet now. The staff is very helpful and direct. Every time I need something do ne it gets taken care of. I think you get alot of apartment for the money you pay and the location. Apartments are going to always have there good and bad but you have to think about the service.

my car was broken into twice and i have had to purchase an ultra sensative alarm.

We lived in Rolido Parque two years ago and it was experience that I will never forget. Our first apt was a townhome upstairs and when it rain the roof was old and leaking. We told the apt mangt at the time and nothing was done. Next time it rain 500 dollars of clothes were damaged because of the roof. Nothing was done about it. We had to move to different unit and we had a nest of roaches in the kitchen. We had to break out lease because nothing was done about it. Please be aware.

If you think you are getting a good deal, think again. This place is absolutely horrible. We had so many roaches in our apartment and the hot tub is broken(which has been broken for months, don't believe them if they say they will fix it)

I HAVE LIVED THERE ALMOST 2 YEARS AND WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN I WASNT TO SURE OF THE PLACE THEY WERE REALLY TRYING TO GET US TO STAY IT WAS WEIRD. i TOLD MY HUSBAND WE CAN TAKE A CHANCE WELL THE APARTMENT APPEARED VERY OLD IT WAS A STAIN ON THE CEILING FROM A LEAK IN THE ROOF THE FIXTURES FOR THE LIGHTS WERE NOT PLACED ON CORRECTLY AND IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE MODEL WE SEEN. THE FRIGE WAS SMELLING AND THE OFFICE LADY BRIE STATED SHE DIDNT SMELL ANYTHING WHICH I KNEW SHE WAS PUTTING ON A SHOW. I TOLD MY HUSBAND I DONT KNOW WELL WE STILL MOVED IN AND WHEN THE SUMMER CAME AROUND THE AC WENT OUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX IT SO I HAD TO GO AND STAY WITH MY MOTHER THEN WE HAD TO STAY IN THE MODEL THIS WAS IN THE SUMMER TIME VERY HOT THE OFFICE MANGER DELANEY WENT HOME DIDNT EVEN COME TO CHECK AND SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY THE MANT. GUYS COULDNT EXPLAIN ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY COULDNT SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WELL. WHICH I FEEL BAD FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE LEFT TO DO THE DIRTY WORK AND DONT GET PAID ENOUGH. IT SEEMS AS IF THEY ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT THE RENT AND THEY CARE ABOUT NOTHING THE WATER WENT OUT FOR SOME DAYS NO ONE TOOK THE TIME TO PASS OUT NOTES LETTING US KNOW ANYTHING. ALSO AGAIN THIS YEAR MY AC WENT OUT AND THEY WERE GOING TO HANG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE BECAUSE THEY LIED TO ME. I HAVE A SON WHO IS 8MTHS AND ALL THE MANAGER COULD THINK ABOUT WAS THAT WE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH PEOPLE LIVING IN A APARTMENT. NOW AS I WALK AROUND THE COMPLEX THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING THERE WITH MORE THAN ENOUGH PEOPLE LIVING IN THOSE APRATMENTS BUT BECAUSE A HAD AN ISSUE SHE PICKS THIS TIME TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. ITS NOISY AROUND THE POOL, THEY ALLOW CRIMINALS TO MOVE IN, DRUNKS ANY AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME. I ALSO HAVE SEEN TRASH ALL OVER THE APARTMENTS THE WALKWAYS SMELL OF URINE. CATS ARE EVERYWAY. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE CONSTANTLY MOVING IN AND OUT. THIS IS CRAZY THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE CLOSED IT IS NOT SAFE FOR ANY FAMILY. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET YOU EVER DID!
