Positive overall despite a recent trend to people behaviour in keeping property clean and quiet. I have asked multiple time to have our stairs in our building cleaned and it has not been done ! I would like staff to have more attention and for once fix the gate problems which is recurrent and may be due to the vendor chosen. Also I have a very negative opinion when cars are picked up at 4:00 am by towing vehicles and wake up everybody. Towing for unothaurized parking should be allowed untill 8:00 pm at the latest. I have witnessed vehicles falling from the towing without any care. Towing at this property look suscpicious...

I have enjoyed living here. The community has improved since I first moved in. I wish there was more guest parking and EV charging stations but overall I'm satisfied. I recently have attended the fitness classes and enjoyed the fitness instructor and meeting new neighbors. Opal has been getting better just would like better facilities for cars.

Great community and staff. Going on five years living here and I plan on staying a few more years. Maintenance is always available and take care of all my request the same day. Office staff is very professional and extremely friendly. They make my apartment feel like a home for myself and my kids.

This is a fabulous community. Jessica the property manager is amazing, she knows how to be personable and give a great experience. The whole team has excellent customer service. The Opal team loves this community and it shows.

This community looks nice, and the appliances are in good condition. However, the floors could be cleaner. Noise can be an issue due to nearby roads, car beeping, or weekend activity. The location is good, close to a park, but access is tricky due to the lack of pedestrian walkways.

I have lived at Opal since 2018 when they were Broadstone. The apartments are well maintained. It is a beautiful property and it is mostly quiet. The caliber of residents and cleanliness of the property is definitely dependent upon the management. Jessica Matthews was the manager when I moved in and the property and residents were great. She left for a few years and things went downhill, but she has returned and the property is back on the upswing. Repairs are taken seriously and done quickly. I absolutely love the maintenance team. They are awesome gentlemen. The pool and gym are great amenities and well kept. Unfortunately, some residents are not responsible and misuse amenities and they have to shut them down during non- business hours, but understandable to keep them open for everyone. I love Opal. It's my home.

The management is horrible they are rude and very nasty towards certain people. I do not recommend no one moving here and being mistreated and led on by all the extra fees they can’t explain about. Rude and disrespectful office staff and I installed cameras and yes they do come in your house at anytime for no reason half the time. They fit around and wit until you leave to try to come into your house invasion of privacy and it’s creepy. Rita Ramos is the rudest woman I have ever met besides Jessica in that office. It’s sad when they are dealing with people.

Here's a draft for your review: --- I've been living here for a couple of years, and I want to take a moment to commend the entire maintenance team, especially Ranguel. Every time I put in a request, they work on it the same day if it's not too late. And even when I submit a request later in the day, they always make sure it's taken care of first thing the next morning. The team is incredibly fast, efficient, and always so nice. Their dedication to keeping everything in top shape truly makes living here a great experience. Thank you for all you do!
