Well we were potential renter. We had an appointment to view some appartments drove all the way from seabrook to find out that they were doing any tours, because of the rain. No phone call email or text. Really unprofressional. 0/10 do not recommend for the fact if they cant communicate in regards to viewings i wont how they manage the property

Horrible place. Run!!! They have no heat nor hot water. They only want their rent and will not keep any responsibility to upkeep the apartment themselves. I will the employees and the management could live here and see what it is really like. Roaches, rats, no heat, and no hot water. How you can live with yourselves is beyond me.

I actually went there to get an apartment but after hearing the current residents complain about the mistreatment and inability to maintain the property, I decided not to even fill out the application! I met with the residents outside and the horror stories they shared with me should cause all those in the office to be Fired. UNACCEPTABLE ??

I wouldn’t refer anyone to move here! Roaches & rats infested, I moved in to the apartment dirty, they claimed they cleaned but they didn’t I even took pictures they still denied it being dirty also management had the audacity to be rude. I was 5 days late on my rent and Thomas the manager locked me out of my apartment he did t allow me to get any of my belongings.. they’re not helpful at all just all about making a dollar. The apartments flood, parking sucks maintenance guys are thugs & managers suck! I would rate this no star.. the apartment I wanted they didn’t give to me it was false advertisement please be careful & chose your place wisely because this is not it

If I could give A ZERO rating IT WOULD NOT BE LOW ENOUGH. I saw the other negative reviews and thought to myself possibly they were past tenants who had issues maybe financially; and we're bitter, NO! That is not the case! STAY AWAY. I have reported THIS 'leasing company' to the property management association, and the state health department due to the grievances I had. I was a tenant who moved in because my home was lost during Harvey. I had to relocate and needed to go somewhere quickly. I came to these apartments thinking that I would be able to live somewhere at MINIMUM with the typical necessities: cleanliness, water, appropriate care and maintenance. Instead these apartments are ridden with ROACHES GALORE, bugs, spiders, insects of all proportions in your unit, and RODENTS on the property. They keep cats around trying to keep them rodents away. I had to have an inspector come into my unit due to mold; and he indeed found mold and mildew in the ceiling. The apartment company came in and cut out the wall MULTIPLE times because the BLACK mold kept reappearing. Black Mold! After dealing with mold, roaches, flooding, random abhorrent smells, gun shots, and not one not two but THREE packages being stolen from my front door after talking with the unresponsive management company about trying to come up with a solution and my car being broken into I had enough! (BTW after I moved out I saw the supposed BOOK KEEPER in one of the DAMMN outfits that was supposed to be delivered to ME! SO I GUESS YOU CAN TELL WHO STILE MY PACKAGE!!) AND the property management supervisor obviously did not care and/try to assist. REMEMBER ANY ISSUES ARE ALWAYS TOP DOWN! After Each month's rent being on time, giving a notice to move 60 days in advance, and hiring professional cleaners to clean out the unit, I was still not given my deposit because of course they came up with convoluted charges to make sure they keep the deposit. After investigation, I found out, because I kept my deposit money order confirmation ticket, that the deposit was indeed cashed only TWO DAYS after I had moved in. The lease clearly states that the deposit will be held until time of move out! But of course, there was no intention to give the deposit back, because again this company is ridden with inappropriate and egregious practices. The illegal/egregious practices, lack of management, lack of care of your unit and grounds (the complex is a DUMP SITE) and other ridiculously and unprofessionally manipulatively motivated actions were just the icing on the cake of an even more hellish experience living. They use people in the office to create positive reviews because not one person living in these apartments can give a positive review! To add insult to injury the apartment staff, and the apartment management supervisor are literally utilizing these apartments to take advantage of people who MOST need their affairs handled APPROPRIATELY. STAY AWARE AND BEWARE! Hopefully the exposè I am working on against this company and apartment complex with the local news company will be released soon, after the difficulties we are having with COVID-19, so that no one else can move into this RAT, ROACH, MOLD TRAP!

This place is a joke, the staff never know anything beside Benny and the girl on the front deck. I cant wait to move out. There is dogs pop everywhere. The pool is close and we are in may, you keep asking the staff why the pool is close and when is going to be open and everything they say is. It will open soon. So unprofessional.

Very safe. I have never had an issue with finding parking or being helped by the staff or having a quick response to the work orders I place. I am very satisfied with how fast the office is at meeting your needs.

Love it here don't think I will be moving any time soon! Everyone is great here from the office staff,maintenance and my neighbors! Everyone and thing is kept clean maintenance comes really fast don't even have to go to the office that's the best part! I just want to thank everyone at the Crosbys ??

The ratings were low but helpful. I was able to know what I was getting myself into when I made the commitment. This property has a long way to go before I ever refer it to a friend but it is a decent place to lay your head if you are never home. I do not recommend this place to single woman though

The lady Marci helped me get in my apartment she was so sweet and very patient with me. I had to give her 3 deposit of 780$ to move in but that's only because my rental history was bad. But I figured why not give them the money and build my credit and start somewhere. When I moved in everything was so nice and clean I had a few minor problems but it's nothing that can't be fix thank you for all your help
