The move was slow at first due to technical problems but after the move in things have been great. Leasing office has been good and kind. Nice color need extermination. Dose everything prompt and in time

Overall it has been mostly relatively quiet community apartment complex... The Crosby is nestled within walking distance of several grocery stores, retail outlets, community college, a bayou hike and bike trail, and also local metro Richmond Westchase bus stop and the Westhiemer bus routes...

It could be better. If we could get things done in a timely matter when we request a work order ,More kindness when entering office.I could go and on , but I'm not. It needs to be more than one way in and one way out.,ect

Friendly staff. It was a very easy move as well. I've been in the apartment almost half a month and had no issues what-so-ever. Would definitely recommend this complex to people. I'm so glad that I found it!

Had a great experience Marcey was the best kept me updated had me moved in one day positive vibes and smiles great laughing and it's so quiet around the community I love it parking is great I love the area it's by everything so shopping will be easy

Its been great in the years that I have been in this community. The management is an awesome team and maintenance have been on top of all my work order. I am impressed with my overall experience here at Crosby at Westchase ??

The lack of a playground is really an issue. The children have no where to play except in parking lots and sidewalks. They seriously need a designated area for them to be able to play without fear of being in someone or some cars way. The sidewalks need to be redone for the disabled. The parking lot needs to be revamped to have realistic spacing for traffic and handicap parking.

Landscaping needs to be addressed. Cracks in walls/ stairs need to be fixed. Just feel like we live in a construction zone when these things should have been fixed before we even moved in. Other than that it is cool to live here.

I love my unit, it is very homie and luxury at that same time. The staff is very helpful and nice. It's extremely quit around my unit which is a plus. I recommend this apartment complex to any and everyone. The Assistant manager Kelly was very helpful during my entire move process

Words are indescribable of how I feel right now. I put a request in, I been told you guys about the problems, still hasn't been taken care of & it's almost January. Yes I haven't paid all December rent Bc of certain things I feel the people should want to keep done for residents
