This place is a great place close to the gallery area and to a lot of famous restaurants in Houston and the place is very safe and also the management is excellent fast services when something happens in your apartment

Been at Everly almost a year now. Enjoy the amenities Everly has to offer. Staff is friendly, and professional. And maintenance is always on top of everything. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the Galleria.

Too many shooting incidents to call this a safe place. There was a "targeted" shooting in early January 2021, and most recently 5 gunshots at the pool on Memorial Day night. The staff sent out a letter discussing the incident, basically blaming the lax in compliance with the security team. They said new changes would include a new security team for the pool on the weekends and new pool hours that close the pool at 8. On Saturday, 6/26, pool was full at 11pm and pot smoking. Where's the new security team?? You cannot reach a patrol officer through the general phone number. Police reports can confirm the shooting incidents. Non violent issues include a valet trash team that takes until after 10, sometimes later, to complete the task, often loudly pushing the trash cart through the quiet breezeways. Buildings are well overdue for repainting, and breezeways / walls are generally filthy. Power washing has never been done since I moved in, but should be a practice to keep things clean. Non crime parts are obviously my opinion.

I moved in last week . I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. Great activities like BBQ , so far love it

I have been living at Everly Apartments since 2017 and have loved very minute of it. I have been here through the lows and highs caused by natural disasters and have found that the staff always make the best decisions for the community. The maintenance staff always responds within a day of the request being put in and is almost always fixed the first time.

Office Staff was very helpful and informative. Move-in was smooth. Community is clean and work staff maintains property well. Great amenities & convenient location. Safe. Diverse. Everything you need in a luxury apartment.

So far so good. I have nothing to complain about. Neighbors are quiet , and I feel safe in my community.I am great distance to all my needs and wants. Management is awesome and Sham is great at what she does. Thank you Everly

It has been a very pleasant experience so far. Nice community and quiet. Staff does a great job answering questions and service requests in an appropriate timeframe. Staff also does great job keeping community grounds clean and presentable. Can tell that is is a newer complex with no signs of regression.

These apartments are very modern, and surrounded by convenient shopping options, such as a Walmart or Target nearby, and several shops and food chains. The leasing office staff is courteous and professional, and was able to assist me with moving in or any other issues quickly.
