*You may want to think twice before moving here. There are NO security / surveillance cameras onsite. Your vehicle is not protected and neither are you, nor your children. Your safety is definitely not prioritized here. Theft happens frequently, here. Don't leave your packages out. The management here allows thieves to lease apartments here. If you want to live in peace and quiet, this place is not for you. Management couldn't care less if your neighbors constantly disturb your peace and quiet.

This appartment requires everyone to go to parking app which this is the way COST A LOT OF MONEY from tents (each time $300). SOME of the Neigbor got TOWED for 3x already. My friends parked and got the comfirm of the permit to park through this app. TWELVES MINUTES later the car got towed without any reason andwithout listen or see the proof. The towing company only wants $307 in order to release the car which is not out false. THIS IS CHEATING. Some TENANTS GOT TOWED 3X TIMES already. THE APARTMENT manager won't help to solve anything but told us SINCE THEY ARE MANY TENANTS have the same problem eventhough it is not TENANTS' FALSE, We have to do our own to take the TOWING COMPANY to the COURT. THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING to PREVENT or PROTECT their TENANTS AT ALL.

These people are money hungry and will try to do anything to get the most money out of you. They tow cars religiously, over charge on water and utilities and just overall don’t care about the community. I had my rent setup on autopay and it didn’t go through. They gave me a late fee and told me there’s now way they could waive late fees. Parking is trash. You have to park so far away from your apartment. Only way to have a little piece of mind is buying a garage. They have a deal with the towing company where they get a certain percentage. My car was towed even when I registered it. Also, pool is ALWAYS closed so that amenity might as well be erased. The pool was closed even on Memorial Day and 4th of July. Move here if you’re ok with not feeling secure about your car and if you don’t care about giving them extra Money at any given time.

Moved into Everly Apartments this year and this is what luxury amenities are for you. Never lived in a place that never took care of there amenities or resident. Don’t recommend for anyone especially paying Houston Rent prices

I was impressed with property! Very well maintained and taken care of! The office staff is very friendly and welcoming! They really made me feel like home! And the manager TIFFANY PUGA went above and beyond, i cant thank her enough! I sincerely would recommend anyone who is looking there new home to choose Everly! Thaks again Miss TIFFANY! Great apartment with good location and amenities. More security could be good to discourage any future crimes. The turnover of management and staff is also too high, they need to keep staff long enough to get familiar with tenants.

Staff here are the rudest I have seen in my entire life. When I moved in the apartment was very dirty, walls has stains, living room had dusty shoe marks and most of the appliances are non functional.

Very nice clean and well maintained facility pretty modern we just need more parking spaces Pool is amazing and relaxing the common kitchen area and the pool table are great just hurry up with the golf simulator to be ready working please
