Per the constituent,"The apartment complex called Arrive River Oaks located at 2800 Kirby Drive has had faulty fire alarms for over a year. My wife and I have lived here since June 2022 and they go off at least once per month. I have previously reported this issue to Houston 3-1-1 at the start of this year with no success. The report number was 2200653994. The problem is two-fold. Number one is safety. No one evacuates when the alarm sounds. If a real fire were to break out, this would easily be

Hi Kimberly,Thank you so much for your help with this problem of trash and waste piled up in the public spaces and hallways of my apartment building, a problem that has persisted for 2 years. I have been taking photos of the loose trash in the hallways over the past year, and the photos are time- and geo-stamped on my iphone. Over three months now there has been no AC in the Rooms for massage therapist. The rooms are reading 98F and several employees have had to leave during session because of heat exhaustion.
