Noisy community, especially if you have neighbors upstaris.. walls so thin- u can hear your upstairs neighbors snor, flash down the toilet; staff is very arrogant and manager is never available.. lastly, pest control does not help, as we had cockroaches every 4 weeks

I do not recommend this place for families. There aren't any playgrounds for children, although there is a dog run. The apartments all come with a garage. However, our garage was infested with roaches when we moved in and the roaches got into our car. I had to stop parking in the garage. I informed the staff and they sprayed once and put out sticky traps. No other follow up was completed. The sidewalks in the area are in terrible shape - not great for walking with strollers. The apartments are nice, but again, not very kid friendly, especially if you get a second floor "walk up" with carpet. The majority of the staff are great, except for the finance person. She was incredibly unhelpful and even slightly rude. The community director was excellent though.

The manager introduce herself to me when I moved in, which really impressed me. Really great people that work in the office. So far I am happy where I live!

I absolutely love where I live it's very convenient to work the surrounding areas are nice, the grounds are in clean and well-kept, maintenance is there whenever I need them, and the office staff is very friendly and attentive. They always have something going at the townhome/ apartments for entertainment for the residence so yes I would definitely refer this complex to any of my friends.

Finally someone that actually listens! Great people and great place to live!
