For 2.5 years I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I wouldn't havewanted to live anywhere else as we all pushed through 2020. I just moved out of unit 603 and hopefully left behind wall art the next tenant can enjoy ??

Went to visit my cousin here yesterday and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the complex and how beautiful her spacious apartment is. She has a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment that has an attached garage--so convenient. The location is right in the middle of many shopping areas and restaurants, doesn't take long to get anywhere. (If I didn't live in Austin, Tx, I'd definitely be renting here). My cousin also mentioned how friendly the office staff are, and also said that the few times she has had maintenance issues, they were resolved very quickly! She plans to stay until she purchases her own, and I totally see why. GREAT place to live!

The front office staff, specifically Deya and Amber, are dedicated and helpful, great to deal with. I haven't met any other staff. The apartment is in good condition and I have no complaints. The weight room and pool facilities are a bit small but I really don't use them much. I really like having a garage, even though it's too small for my truck - it gives me that extra storage space that most of us need. Parking is not a problem. It's not shiny and new, sometimes the neighbors are loud, sometimes the dumpster gets too full, but those are small problems. Been here three months and no regrets. Bottom line - it's comfortable.

I had a great experience living at Marquis at West chase, beautiful environment and great management. The leasing team are amazing, Deya and Amber are the best,most amazing team ever. I Luv you guys so much Thank you for giving me the best living experience.

I love this community because the staff are friendly and effective. They make doing their jobs look easy. I came from somewhere that couldn't even assign me a covered parking spot because of their record keeping. But beyond that, I am so pleased with the floor plan I have. It is just smart. The space is used so wisely. The 9 ft ceilings really open everything up. The grounds are well manicured and kept clean. It is just a beautiful property to me. I also feel at home which has not been the case over the past several years. The other places were just a place to stay. I want to stay here forever.

The staff is the best. They care about their tenants and they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Repairs are done quickly and they went out of the way to help my son who had an incident on Westheimer. Boughtvhim food and called me to let me know he was ok. Now thats kindness. Thank you Tiffany and all the staff for making this the best part of my moving to the city!!

I love and will always love these apartments! Honestly have had the best experience here, taken care of by far! Anything maintenance wise was taken care of that same day, if I ever needed something or had a question they were there. Leaving not becuase I want to.

My mother and I have been looking for an apartment for a while now, but I have to point out the girls in the office at Marquis at Westchase. They really went over and beyond to help us and out of their way to make it possible. Even though I'm not sure yet, I sure hope so because I have never felt so welcomed before. This place is the real deal.

The staff work together with maintenance to make sure all areas of the complex are taken care of and functioning properly. They know a lot of residents have called the Marquis at Westchase home for several years and take pride in keeping the grounds looking great. You would never know that there are numerous dogs that live there because the grounds are well manicured. I wouldn't want to call any other place home. The office staff goes well beyond their call of duty when it comes to taking care of the residents and their needs. It takes special people to keep a property looking new and everyone living there feeling special, but the staff and maintenance at Marquis at Westchase make it happen and make it seem so easy. Thank you everyone at Marquis at Westchase for giving me a special place to call home.

I love this community I've been living here since march! It's very a very peaceful community everyone is quiet and nice! The office staff is very professional and have treated me very nicely! Maintanence guys are very punctual and precise!
