Amazing apartments for the price given that you get attached garages and ample storage! The staff (both maintenance and office) is really responsive to any concerns. 100% recommend and will definitely renew another year

This place is by far one of the Great location, friendly staff and prompt attention to any maintenance concerns. The management and the maintenance really make this the perfect place to call home! I highly recommend anyone who’s planning on moving into the area consider these apartments.

This is easily one of the best placed I've lived in, in my stay in Houston. Definitely recommend based on just the floorplans and attached garages alone however the staff is what makes this place different from the rest. The response is very timely and the maintenance is amazing! The management also takes really good care of all important concerns

The staff is amazing, I feel safe when I walk with my dog at night! I absolutely love the staff! Zawar, Soany and Armando are amazing! Keep up the great job! Garages are a huge plus! Definitely give this place a shot!

Excellent customer service and timely maintenance response is the most important thing i look for in an apartment community and they do these things better than any place I have lived at previously. The complex is meticulously maintained and the location is pretty nice too! I love the townhome style layout and the garage is a much appreciaited feature that is a must have in Houston

finding an apartment with a garage in Houston is very difficult but this place has it plenty of options to choose from. Maintenance and the management is super awesome and they do a great job of making this place feel like a home

My experience living with Westchase has been amazing so far. The apartments are not the newest but that isn't a problem as they are very well kept for and the floorplans are nice and spacious. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues in the apartments and the office staff is very professional. The manager Zawad is very approachable and goes above and beyond in making sure I matter.

I am a current resident at Marquis at Westchase apartment homes. I have found the location to be readily accessible to shopping, dining, and freeways. The grounds are beautifully maintained and in addition to private garages attached to each home, there is ample parking. The Management and staff. I believe this is what sets Marquis apart from the rest. Every person in the leasing office treat what they do as a service and not a job. Whether it’s a maintenance issue, inclement or severe weather they strive to help and inform. Truly this is a community of people who have servants hearts.

Amazing community made up of good neighbors, responsive staff and great floorplans! If you are looking for apartments with garages, you will love it here! The only small downside is that the apartments look a little old from the inside but they do maintain them very well!
