I would not recommend moving here.The apartments look great and the prices are decent.Once you move in its the total opposite.The apartments are infested with roaches.They are everywhere the mostly the bathroom and the bedroom.No matter how clean i keep the place the roaches are everywhere.They come from the cracks in the foundation.The office comes every Wednesday to spray and it doesn't help at all.The walls are thin.You can hear everything from the neighbors.I wish didn't move here worst mistake.

When I first saw the rentavtions I was excited about moving here. Everything looks good to the naked eye but oh was I fooled. This place is roach infested. There are cracks in the foundation and the roaches come and go through the cracks. It's horrible! My wife and I are extremely clean people and no matter what we do the roaches will not go away. We see them in our restroom the most. Which is very weird giving there's no food in the restroom. I contacted the office and they lied and said we missed pest control day. How convenient. Our place is beautiful but the roaches are embarrassing and we are itching to break the lease.

ROACH INFESTED. They give you the option to have someone come spray on Wednesday's but it doesn't help at all. Every time I open my cabinets, dishwasher, etc... bugs are falling and scattering. It's so embarrassing that I don't even have company. Every Tuesday & Thursday they shut the water off................they didn't mention that when I signed my lease. Stray cats and dogs are always roaming. I regret moving here

I HATE LIVING HERE. THE NOISE RADAR HERE ITS OFF THE CHARTS EVERYDAY ALMOST OTHER THAN THE WEEKEND I AM WOKEN UP OUT OF MY SLEEP DUE TO LOUD NOISES COMING FROM THEIR WORKERS. INSTEAD OF THEIR WORKERS COMING TO EITHER FIX AN APARTMENT OR CUT THE GRASS AT A DECENT TIME WHEN EVERYONE IS MOSTLY UP THEY COME AT 7 OR 8 IN THE MORNING CUTTING THE GRASS, USING POWER TOOLS, BANGING ON THE WALL, EVERYTHING YOU DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING. I AM UP NOW POSTING A REVIEW BECAUSE I CAN NOT GO BACK TO SLEEP DUE TO ALL THE NOISE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This property is under construction and renovation. Power tool noise all the time even at hours of the night. What they show you is Cotton Candy and Candy Apples of only one model but not the floor plan, location and interior you get which looks nothing like the model. They require that you sign a lease for your unseen apartment. You will never see your completed apartment or location until you move in. They have nothing to show until your first day moving in. The water pipes leak and the water is off every Tuesday and Thursday for pipe repairs and this has been going on over a year. Even the laundromat is off on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The water-sewer bill and utilities are ridiculously high. The water pipes are corroded and have leaks and they charge it to the tenants. They cheat you on the actual cost of utilities. They charge full rent while you are deprived of quite and enjoyment and no water when you need it. The Village of Westchase staff has a nasty attitude about people and tend to stereotype them. The subordinate staff develop their idealism and biasness about people from of the community manager which is misunderstood because the city is different from the country where she comes from. These people are not from Houston, Harris County. The management company is Ascension Commercial Real Estate LP., which has a "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau. Their staff is uneducated. No one has education above the high school level so they lie and send out misinformation by email. When you ask a question and they don't know the answer your response is a lie. They are also have certain biasness towards certain people because they are from rural country.

I moved in and yes, it's under construction- but everything looks so much better. The moving process was made really easy by the courteous and really welcoming staff. I've had minor issues in my apartment, which were taken care of really quickly. Really, no complaints- it's a great location and price.

I hate these apartments. Roaches everywhere, and the walls are so thin you can literally hear music constantly from your neighbors. I cant even look at tv in my living room because of the constant music from my neighbors.

I've been a resident of Wallingford Apt for a little over a month. From the the moment I walked in Ms Debbie Miller has made me feel welcome and glad I chose to move here. She has made sure every time I had a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner. She's one of the bright spots in the office. She greets you with a warm smile and honest answers.

Since I walked in the door Ms.Debbie Millar was so welcoming to not only the office but the whole apartment complex. She made me and my family feel so welcome and of course she helped me and my kids with a great move in rate. The apartments are a great location and I can see me and my kids at Wallingford as our NEW home.

Thought I found my happy place. The parking lot floods. There's not enough landscaping so there's alot of mud. My friend got their tires stolen.my vehicle was towed twice illegally.....i thought I found my happy place ??oh and pet owners refuse to pick up doggy waste.......
