When I moved in I made the mistake of not viewing the apartment first. BIG MISTAKE. Always look at the apartment before deciding to move in. The tenants before me were NASTY. There were roaches everywhere! They decided to come out as I was moving in and I don´t mean a little roach here or there. I mean roaches on the ceiling, floor, walls, tv, boxes. Anytime I placed something down on the floor roaches would attack it! My son had roaches on his head. They were crawling in my boxes. I was beyond disgusted. I had to place my things outside on the balcony and cover them with plastic because it was raining. We had to go back to our old place and sleep on the floor. I got up the next day and bought several roach bombs and placed them in each room of the apartment. I had to stay at a friends house for a week because I would not stay there until the roaches were completely gone. <br> <br>They did reluctantly repay me my $60.00 dollars I spent on roach products. They took of a week on my move in day. But service calls are sometimes slow, the crime around the area is not good, the neighbors that live below me are loud and like to have others over that curse at 9:00 and 10:00 o clock at night. <br> <br>The apartment is decent for a couple of students but if you are a family, don´t stay. <br> <br>They don´t have a grace period so if you are one day late, you get fined, they change the gate code every month which is annoying as hell because sometimes they don´t change it in time or you forget the new one. <br> <br>Ohh and the traffic from Reliant stadium is bad. <br> <br>But if you work in the medical or DT area and just want a decently priced place to live, it´s okay for now. <br> <br>

I moved here 13 months ago and I have been worried only once. We had a couple of break-ins, cars were vandalized, mine included, and someone was robbed at gunpoint. Though this has happened, I still feel relatively safe. The apartment maintenance is great, the office staff are superb and care about the tenants, this is a great place to live! Except for the Reliant Stadium traffic, I love living in this complex. I have recommended it to my friends.

I lived in this complex for over a year and for the price, I thought it was rather nice. The management was very friendly to me and responded quickly whenever I had a problem. The appliances were older, but I expected as much for less than 500 a month for a one bedroom. I would reccommend a second story apartment though. I had a rather large couple living above me who were insomniacs and I heard them all the time stomping around. There are a ton of rules in the complex and a security gate with a key pad, so I felt very safe even though the neighborhood isn´t that great.
